The celebration has a symbolic meaning, because many officers are not public people, the profession obliges them to “stay in the shadows” and not advertise their work.

It is impossible to overestimate the role of the agents who revealed the plans for Operation Unthinkable, according to which in July 1945 the Western "allies" planned to declare war on the Union.
