Perfume courses. The best perfumery schools in France

You can become a perfumer in Russia.

Unofficially.

You will gain knowledge and skills.

But the diploma is not.

All educational organizations of this profile existing in our country do not issue diplomas and other legally valid documents, they do not have state accreditations and licenses. That is, in reality they seem to exist, but officially they do not.

In the USSR, there was the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Synthetic and Natural Fragrances, the developments of the perfume laboratories of which were used by all 15 perfume factories of the Union. And there were training courses for perfumers - for example, at Soyuzparfyumerprom. And raw materials were produced - in Kaluga.

Today, the perfume industry in our country has practically no state support. And there are only private schools.

The largest project of this kind is the St. Petersburg School of Perfumers.

*Discussions, reviews, opinions:

Training is possible in full-time and part-time format.

Conditions: full-time: 9 months of study, 210 astronomical hours, cost - 300,000 rubles, staged payment. For residents of other cities who are ready to move for the duration of training - a 50% discount.

Recruitment - twice a year, based on the results of an individual interview.

The number of listeners is small, a few people.

The training program sounds like magical music. Even just reading it is not only exciting, interesting, but also informative! Types, types, characteristics of components, categories of fragrances, names of Great fragrances and names of Great masters. You can read and download it here After reading, your eyes are burning, your heart is raging, and your hands are reaching for a credit card. It is difficult to resist temptation, very difficult. I'm still not sure if I can.

Concerning the diploma, do not mislead. They speak honestly. "At the end, a single document will be issued: a personal letter of recommendation signed by both teachers with a list of the real skills and achievements of the student. The perfumer, like the tightrope walker, does not need documents: either he can or he doesn't. We are happy to send them to the same foreign schools or just away from us." And in many respects they are, in principle, right.

In addition to this school, there are also a number of:

* Courses where you can take, so to speak, an express training option:

Course of perfumer Anna Zvorykina, Moscow:

Course of perfumer Anna Gerasimova, Moscow:

*Workshops where you can practice making scents:

Thematic perfume workshops in the showroom of vintage fashion Sweet Sixties, led by the magical Galina Anni, Moscow

Perfume workshops of Natalia Svetlova - teacher at the School of Perfumers, St. Petersburg:

And many, many, many private projects, large and small, of all kinds. Finding them is not difficult, you just need to go to any search engine, for example, Yandex, and here it is: I can’t vouch for the usefulness of the knowledge gained on them, since I don’t have detailed information about the projects and their organizers.

And, of course, as in any other field, there are great prospects in terms of self-education in perfumery.

* Numerous thematic sites (),

Basically, take your pick. Sign up for a course at the School of Perfumers or create your own personal program "from the world by thread" - read, download, experiment, try. Desire, work, time, money (all the same, there is no way without them) - and now you are no longer just an amateur amateur, but a professional. Almost.

The only BUT. Be sure to think carefully before getting involved in this whole perfume epic - why do you need it?

If you are sincerely passionate about the field of perfumery and cannot imagine your life without aromas, the learning process will bring only joy and you will not regret the money spent (primarily material).

If you have free time and money, you want to develop your horizons, get new, interesting, universal knowledge in terms of personal, spiritual development - you are also here. Art, literature, history, fashion, perfumery - things that have never bothered anyone to understand.

But if you dream of becoming a perfumer in order to (first of all) - earn money (and maybe even big money) - think about it. There is no guarantee that the investment will pay off. Diploma, as mentioned above, you will not. Employment depends only on you. Yes, it will be possible to create your own perfume brand, conduct master classes, presentations and educational events. But the path to recognition and profit will definitely be thorny and probably not swift. PR, PR, PR again. Expenses. Work. Time.

If you plan to work in a world-famous company after graduation, such as IFF, for example - or dream of making an international career, competing with Francis Kurkdzhiyan, Calice Becker and Ineke Rüland, then get ready for the fact that it’s still early or late will have to leave Russia. And most likely - to France, because it is there that the legendary International Institute of Perfumery, Cosmetics and Aromatic Substances ISIPCA is located, which has graduated both the above-mentioned specialists and many, many other recognized masters of the perfume world. This is the most famous and quoted institution of its kind today is the only one that issues diplomas of the generally accepted type. An interesting article about studying in it: Also in France there is the famous Givaudan school (officially the oldest in the world, a third of modern fragrances are the work of its graduates), the Grasse Institute of Perfumery and several other wonderful places that you can read about here: Or here:

Oh yes. If you do not have a specialized chemical education, you will first have to get it. This is exactly what can be done in Russia.

Hello!!! The main task of the course for me was the desire to get acquainted with the world of perfumery, to gain knowledge and skills in creating perfume compositions. I took the course individually under the guidance of Valeria. Classes were held weekly for 2-3 hours, after which it was necessary to do homework during the week.

In 8 weeks of training, I managed to learn a lot! I got acquainted with the fragrances of the most famous perfume brands, learned to determine the directions of fragrances, developed my olfactory memory, learned to identify components from the composition of fragrances, gained aromastylistics and perfume wardrobe skills.

Thank you Valeria for the great work and patience. For fundamental knowledge, support and unique skills in perfumery craftsmanship. I wish you to be healthy, happy and purposeful on your life path, to please yourself and your loved ones with new achievements and results.

I am happy to discover something new every time! Yes, it's hard for me to just sit still and turn life into Groundhog Day. And the search for oneself seems to be the main goal of recent years. And it's insanely exciting! Now I hold in my hands a certificate of passing Valeria Nesterova's Author's Course "Fundamentals of Perfumery". How much new knowledge I received! Herself @valerienesterova very cool person! Wonderful perfumer (I recommend everyone to get acquainted with her collection of fragrances @perfume.shop.exclusive), a sensitive teacher and a very interesting interlocutor. To everyone who is just as indifferent and with great love to perfumery, I also recommend taking this course, there are different training formats, online and live in Moscow ( @perfume.school). Every day my sense of smell becomes sharper and sharper. I hear and recognize things that I didn’t even know about before. She broke all the myths and increased her literacy in this matter. I even subconsciously learned how to influence people😏😏😏 And we are also slowly working on the Mary Negro fragrance, it is sooooo exciting, you don’t notice how the hours fly by.. Now another version of the fragrance recipe is ripening for a week.
I can’t imagine where life will take me next, but what is happening now is a fairy tale! Further more!

Finally, my hands reached to write you words of gratitude😄
I don't remember how the idea to learn how to create fragrances was born in my head. Exactly a year I was looking for those who even a little bit knows about the process of creation, about the secrets, and all my searches were useless. Finding an intelligent perfumer in Russia who is ready to share knowledge is not an easy task at all😅 And then one day I came across you and at the same moment agreed with you about training, intuition suggested that you are the one I have been looking for all year😄 system training was as convenient as possible, all information was presented intelligibly, beautifully, and without "water". I like that I can write to you on any question of interest about perfumery, and you will always answer in detail. You feel interest and fire in this case and it ignites)
From the very beginning I knew that I would get to practice with you anyway. Practice finally fell in love with me in this direction! Thank you for giving complete freedom in actions and thoughts during the practice! This is very important for creative people)) thanks for suggesting perfume boutiques where you can look to get acquainted with rare brands, I would not have gone to them myself) You are a real guru! Thank you for your valuable knowledge base! Already practicing at home👩🏻🔬

Individual Training, Moscow

I have long dreamed of understanding perfumery, hearing notes in fragrances, being able to choose fragrances for myself. When the first L’Etoile stores began to open, I went there to listen to new items, to choose perfumes for myself and my mother, I listened to consultants and was amazed at how much they know, how easily they talk about directions, notes, juggle with fantastic words - vetiver, patchouli, aldehydes. And now, after your classes, I understand that, basically, these are memorized phrases, not all consultants actually hear the aroma, not just repeating the pyramid. After completing the course, I myself can determine the direction of the fragrance, the main audible notes, I know how to compose a perfume wardrobe so that it reflects my self and matches the situation, the image. I learned a lot of new new notes, and most importantly, I felt them and remembered them and I can hear these notes in the fragrance. I understand how fragrances are created, how to distinguish a harmonious beautiful fragrance and choose the best for yourself. Thanks to the magic box with the main notes, I will be able to develop my olfactory perception further by combining several fragrances. Already now I have significantly expanded my perfume wardrobe: if earlier I had several bottles of mainly floral fragrances, now I have acquired a chypre fragrance for work, floral-musky for dates, powdery for winter comfort. And I also have plans for a woody fragrance (I will order it in your shop), a perfume with citrus notes, a fragrance with spices. After the course, I come to perfume shops and clearly know what I need to look for, I test and do not make rash purchases, fragrant shopping has become like hunting for the one and only fragrance just for me, and I successfully cope with this task. And spring is ahead and a new search for fragrances for warmth and sun. Even now I have several small perfume bottles in my purse to renew the fragrance and be different throughout the day.
Girls who want to do perfumery, do not hesitate, the course is really very interesting and most useful. The training takes place, in my opinion, according to a unique method, when with the help of a set of notes you memorize them and learn to hear them in the fragrance, you will learn a lot of interesting information from the lips of the perfumer. After training, you will be able to choose fragrances for yourself for different situations in life, without getting confused in the variety of perfume shops. Now there are many stylists who create an image with the help of clothes and accessories, but only Lera will teach you how to complete the image with a harmonious perfume.

I look forward to continuing the course with new notes))

Valeria, thank you very much for the unique course on perfumery. In your classes, I found answers to all my questions and even more. It was important for me to get acquainted with individual notes, to learn how to distinguish them in perfume compositions. And, as it turned out, your sensitive leadership was no less important. After all, I just started to dive into the world of perfumery, where there are so many subtleties and nuances that it is very easy to "get lost" without a teacher and a practicing perfumer. I liked that the classes included not only theory, but also practice, very interesting tasks. Also, after the course, my attitude towards fragrances has changed: I used to regard perfume as something personal, which concerns only me, now I understand that fragrances have the power to influence the people around them and their unique character, with which you can create your image, enhancing certain aspects of my Self, making it more complete and holistic.

Of course, I would also like to try myself as a perfumer :) so, as soon as I get the opportunity to come to Moscow, I will definitely visit you;)

Individual Training Online, Krasnoyarsk

Many women and men dream of trying on an exquisite attractive fragrance! I have always been interested in learning to understand a fragrance, its constituents and their significance in the sound.

Recently, fate introduced me to an amazing kind Person, a young and talented Perfumer Valeria Nesterova! I felt that Valeria was close to me in spirit, so all classes with her were fun and imperceptible! She managed to immerse me in the Essentials of Perfume.

Valeria presented me in a very accessible way with the basics of perfume art, introduced me to the types of perfume pyramids, helped me to study perfume notes and their subtleties necessary for working with fragrances. All classes were accompanied by aroma testing of perfume substances, tasting samples of aromas to confirm theoretical conclusions. And most importantly, the formation of an understanding of the painstaking creative work on the creation of the fragrance! Now I know for sure that it is impossible to create a fragrance in three hours, as many "perfumers" suggest. You can't create a fragrance without seeing its heart! The fragrance is not a mixture of essential oils and absolutes, it is not worn in, it has not been stored for thousands of years! If the fragrance is beautiful, you fall in love with it at first sight! The fragrance tends to shimmer, so gently and playfully, like the rays of the sun on the water! The fragrance is history, music of unheard-of beauty and power! The fragrance is harmonious and light as a flying feather! This is exactly what you can learn from Valeria!

To all those who are not indifferent to beauty, I recommend to think about what fragrances you use! Dear "perfumers" who are eager to earn more money, I sincerely ask you to stop, stop spreading false information about the creation of the Fragrance! Fragrance is an art in which you need to be able to see a different palette of colors! In this art, you must have hearing, taste, memory, knowledge and experience!
Plunge into the world of beauty, start listening to the music of the fragrance, see its beauty, variety of colors, understand it, live it! This is what Valeria teaches! And if you still have doubts, try trying on the fragrances of Valeria Nesterova! Many thanks to her for the happiness to see the world of Fragrance with different eyes!

Natural perfumery is very different from the one that is presented on the shelves of most stores. In the production of natural fragrances, only natural precious extracts are used, which are extracted from plants, flowers, trees.

What fragrance do you wear?

This fragrance is likely like most commercial fragrances that are mass produced, packaged and shipped around the world in millions of units.

I suppose that you are tired of the monotonous mass market and "flat" synthetic smells in beautiful bottles? And you are looking for a new solution?

Are you madly in love with fragrances and dream of learning how to create your own author's perfumes?

Do you feel that perfumery is your calling and want to turn your favorite hobby from a hobby into a professional skill?

You are not alone in your endeavors!

My perfume studio receives many letters from the same connoisseurs of fragrances, asking to teach, suggest, help...

And I tell, help, provide high-quality raw materials for work and spend small ones for those who live in our city or who can come to Moscow.

Only the majority of people who want to learn to be a perfumer remain only those who want to, and their dream of becoming a perfumer remains just a dream ...

Agree, not everyone can afford to quit their job and go to study in Moscow (not to mention Europe). Someone is afraid that he will not succeed, someone is stopped by the monetary aspect, someone is not knowing a foreign language (if they go to study in Europe), and someone simply cannot leave their family and abandon their usual way of life.

And dreams do come true! And I found a solution how to help those who wish to realize what they want.

The decision, as it usually happens, lay on the surface ... Skype! I can teach you privately via Skype!

Perfumer's Workshop is the only perfume course in Russia today that exists online.

Online training makes it possible for absolutely everyone to learn to be a perfumer, no matter where you are. Now you don't have to quit your job, leave your family and follow your dream to a foreign city or country. It is enough to allocate some space for a training laboratory at home (a regular table will do) and turn on Skype.

Perfumery course "Perfumer's Workshop"

About the Perfumer's Workshop course

Like a fine wine, subtle differences can be found in the same flavor extracted from the same plant, depending on the soil conditions and climate of the country in which it was grown.

And this means that natural perfumery is not an exact science, but has a creative alchemical process similar to the process of creating the world…

And of course, this is an unusually bewitching art form that requires the presence of a master during the transfer of knowledge.

In our training courses for perfumers, we will explore the art of natural perfumery - the creation of fragrances from plant extracts.

You will gain a general understanding of the history of perfume art, the structure of fragrance, the classification of fragrances, safety rules, learn how to develop your own formulas and create your own fragrances, and if you wish, you can create your own brand and open a profitable business.

Course objective:

The aim of the perfumery workshop "Perfumer's Workshop" is to expand the possibilities for learning the art of perfumery in order to be able to create your own fragrances using quality natural raw materials.

This course is unique and different from any perfume course you might come across as it focuses on the art of perfumery rather than chemistry.

In these perfumer courses, you will discover high-quality natural extracts, their structure and sound.

Get to know your sense of smell, learn how to build chords and develop formulas.

Learn the architecture of perfumes and the traditional methods used to create fragrances and put your knowledge into practice.

The advantages of online and offline training in the perfume studio "Aromaobraz"

Online training for a perfumer:

Comfort. You study in a relaxed home environment, sitting in your favorite chair. What could be better?

Convenient schedule. You don't have to conform to anyone. Classes are held individually at a convenient time for you.

Saving money. With distance learning, you do not need to spend money on travel and rent in another city. I'm sure you'll find a better use for your money.

Saving time. The journey to and from the perfume shop (even if you find perfume courses in your city) can sometimes take longer than the actual session. But what do you care about that?

Without interruption from the main activity. In order to master a new profession, it is not at all necessary to abandon the old one. You can work and study with me at the same time. This will allow you to learn new skills in a calm mode for yourself, without stress and fear of the unknown.

Offline perfumer training:

For those who wish to study, being present in person, such an opportunity is also provided. Classes are held in the studio according to a schedule that is convenient for you, which we agree in advance.

Another important, in my opinion, advantage of studying to become a perfumer with me, both offline and online, is individual lessons.

Usually courses of perfumers are held in groups. From an economic point of view, it is beneficial for both the teacher and the student. However, in practice it is rarely possible to select a group of students with the same level of knowledge. This means that the perfumer who teaches you will have to adapt to some average indicators.

If you do not reach them, then it will be difficult for you to study.

If your level of knowledge is above the average for the group, then you will simply be bored in the lessons. Only individual training allows you to get the maximum knowledge in the allotted period of time. This is exactly what happens in my classes.

All the knowledge gained, you can immediately put into practice.

For each course on the art of perfumery, I have developed not only a theoretical part, in the form of a convenient and understandable teaching aid, but also a special set that contains all the necessary tools and raw materials for creating fragrances (various extracts, bottles, pipettes, base oils and alcohol , wax, blotters).

You do not have to waste time studying the many offers that the Internet is full of today, spend a lot of money buying often not the best quality components and experience disappointment. Because 100% success in creating a fragrance depends on the quality of the extracts used, and if the quality leaves much to be desired, a good fragrance cannot be obtained.

Therefore, I took care of you and selected the best and highest quality ingredients that you will need in the process of creating your first fragrances.

The courses also provide training in the perfume business (optional).

As a rule, in perfumery courses, students are taught exclusively the art of perfumery. But I understand that this is not enough for many of you, so I went further. In the "Perfumer's Workshop" I will teach you not only to create fragrances, but also to build your business on it.

In the business course, you will learn:

— how to assemble a team of like-minded people and register your company

How to create and promote your own brand

— where to get beautiful packaging for your products

- where to look for customers and how to communicate with them

How to build a loyal customer base and expand your business

- as well as a lot of other useful information that will definitely come in handy for you in the future

After completing the Perfumer Workshop course, you will be able to:

– create unique fragrances for yourself at a professional level

– to create and convey to people their own worldview through aroma

– work in the perfume business as a perfumer, consultant or critic

— find clients and work to order, getting good money for their work

– create and promote your own brand, possibly changing fashion and history

Before training, we always talk, and, based on your goals and plans for the future, I help you decide and choose one of the options that suits you and will be most useful for solving your problems.

I studied perfumery at the Grasse Institute of Perfumery in France. Initially, I graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry in Moscow with a degree in Organic Chemistry and worked at the branch of the perfume company PUIG in Moscow, responsible for the promotion of Nina Ricci and Prada. Perfumery, like any other work or craft, has its own complexities and subtleties. And, like any other business, perfumery can be learned. Nothing is impossible. If someone has done it before you, then you have every chance of success. Making good perfume, music or any other product is a skill. Of course, you need to love your job and fragrances, but the most important thing is perseverance and the number of hours that you have spent on your chosen profession. And then the quantity will definitely turn into quality.

About perfumery education

The profession of a perfumer can be obtained at the interschools of perfume companies such as IFF, Givaudan, Firmenich, or at specialized schools for the training of perfumers ISIPCA in Versailles and...

Today, a person who has a strong desire and the necessary perseverance has several options and can choose the most suitable for himself among them. There is an opinion that in order to become a great perfumer, one must certainly be born in Grasse, but today neither nationality nor gender matters anymore. The French school of perfumery is certainly very strong, but there are other American and Italian schools, and the German and Japanese schools are gaining more and more popularity. Each has its own differences, opponents and supporters.

No matter how poetic this profession looks, but, as elsewhere, first of all, this is a difficult, painstaking and creative job. After spending several years learning how to perfume and years of working and honing their skills, most still cannot create their masterpiece! However, even an average perfumer will be in demand and will find his niche.

Where does perfumery begin?

It is a mistake to believe that a perfumer is always...

From entertainment and hobby to professional perfumer
When asked for advice on how to become a perfumer, Luca Turin, a perfume critic and author of wonderful books, tried to dissuade young perfume enthusiasts from this undertaking.

Professional perfumers are mostly hostages and slaves of banal perfume briefs. What can you advise young (and not so) dreamers? There is always a choice - and although it is much less than the choice of universities that teach computer science or economics, you can choose a school according to your budget and desire. And every healthy person can become a perfumer. It is better if he has money, a desire to learn and develop his nose.

Professional approach

University of perfumers

Institut Superieur International du Parfum, de la Cosmetique et de l "Aromatique Alimentaire (ISIPCA) was founded in 1970 by Jean-Paul Guerlain. About 400 students enter here every year. In addition to perfumers, ISIPCA trains perfume and cosmetics marketing specialists, managers for perfumery and cosmetics managers. Before the creation of ISIPCA, perfumery could only be learned in the laboratories of perfume factories. Therefore, the profession of perfumer used to be dynastic: children and close relatives of the factory owners became perfumers.Schools at the laboratories of perfume factories still exist (for example, in Grasse), but they recruit a very limited number of students. The science of perfumery art is closely connected with the manufacture of perfumery products, therefore, training as a perfumer takes place within the framework of industrial and technical education.Students conclude...

In addition to a developed sense of smell and a creative mindset, a perfumer needs at least minimal knowledge of chemistry and botany. He should not have allergies, asthma, frequent headaches. Everything else can be learned in specialized schools.

Perfumers of the past generation started out as apprentices. For example, Sofia Groisman (born in Belarus in 1945) learned the secrets of craftsmanship while helping a perfumer at IFF. Most people now graduate from high school first.

The first steps

Many perfumers have been interested in fragrances since childhood. The founder of her own niche brand, JoAnne Bassett, recalls how she played with petals as a child: she made flower water, mixtures from them, and she once made her first soap from roses.

Ralf Schweiger grew up in a forested area in Germany, and now he likes to use moss, greenery, forest smells in his fragrances. Providence founder Charna Etier "was looking for fragrant trees...

Where they study to be a perfumer

The only higher educational institution where perfumers are trained is located in France, in Versailles. The International Institute of Perfumes, Cosmetics and Fragrances (www.isipca.fr) has existed since 1970. It's almost impossible to get there. Every year, groups of 18 people are recruited for the course, and only three of them can be foreigners.

Recently, ISIPCA opened the International Department of the Academy of Perfumery Art. Tuition costs 12,000 euros plus 100 euros - an entrance fee. This price does not include accommodation, meals, insurance or travel expenses. The academy accepts people regardless of age, with a chemical education. Applications can be submitted from March to June.

Approximately 80% of classes are devoted to laboratory work. You will be taught how to create fragrant accords and perfumes themselves, you will know 350 synthetic and natural substances used in perfume creation. Teachers will talk about the main houses that create ...

Not so long ago it became known that one of the Odessa startups was bought by the American company Snapchat for $150 million. Therefore, Depo.Odessa journalists decided to find out what other undertakings of Odessa residents are, and in what areas they are interested in working.

In our search, we stumbled upon a young inhabitant of Odessa - the creator of handmade perfumes Alexander Chernienko.

Oleksandr spoke about the peculiarities of his business and shared his vision of the development of perfumery in Ukraine.

Tell us how you became a perfumer and decided to launch your own niche perfumery start-up?

To begin with, it is difficult for me to define my activity with the word "perfumer". I feel more like an artist, but instead of paints - fragrant substances. The story is painfully familiar to many - we wanted something unusual, non-standard, bright, which could not be found on our shelves. So I wanted to try myself in such an interesting craft as perfumery. Within a few months...

Perfumers themselves believe that their profession is akin to that of artists. Perfumers are even often called artists, however, they do not reflect reality and consciousness through paints, but combine the aromas of the plant world and the knowledge of chemists in their creation.

In ancient times, the profession of a perfumer was passed down through the male line: from father to son. To become a perfumer, one had to be born in Grasse. However, this craft gradually gained great fame and spread first throughout France, and then throughout the world.

Even today, several schools have been preserved that trained perfume legends. The training consisted in remembering all kinds of smells and the ability to combine them using natural and synthetic raw materials.

After training, they do not immediately become fragrance artists. Almost all perfumers work for many years as assistants to experienced masters, getting used to their profession. When asked if a person must have any special qualities in order to become ...

I am constantly asked: tell me how to become a perfumer. But it is difficult to give a universal master class here, because this is a creative profession. Instead, I usually talk about how I became a perfumer myself. Although, of course, it also cannot do without valuable advice.

I will immediately surprise you - the profession found me by itself. I just didn't have a choice. I did poorly at school, and when I was 17, my father got me a job at Antoine Chiri's factory. At that time it was the largest enterprise in Grasse, where we lived. A year later, I started composing. So I got such a marriage with perfumery with the blessing of a parent. By the way, happy.

I think the influence of the environment affected. For example, Picasso's father was an artist, Mozart's father was a musician. How? Did I forget to mention that I was born into a perfumer's family? Yes, I was born.

In search of new perfumes, the thought came to my mind: how do they become perfumers, maybe I should try, but apparently it’s not fate ..

The aroma laboratory where Zhanna works resembles an alchemist's workshop: cones, bottles, jars, devices that are incomprehensible to the uninitiated. This is where wonderful aromas that have never existed in nature are born.

– Zhanna Anatolyevna, How did you become a perfumer?

– Probably, I was already born with the need to feel the world through its aroma. No matter how I hurry, I will never miss the opportunity to listen to the unique aroma of a flower. I studied at the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Institute as a technologist in Leningrad, then at the Moscow Institute of Fine Chemical Technologies. After graduating from the institute, she was distributed to the All-Union Research Institute of Synthetic and Natural Fragrances, where she was supposed to engage in scientific research on essential components. But fate decreed otherwise: I ended up in a perfume laboratory, where I started working with luminaries...

I will try to analyze the preparation of the fragrance creator. I used the following methods: direct observation, conversations, processing of bibliography and various archives. In order to better understand the current state of affairs related to such training and its performance, I will begin with a brief historical overview. We will then turn to the specifics of learning this craft in order to better understand the way skills are passed on in the field of perfumery. Finally, we will look at how the training of perfumers has changed since the advent of perfume schools; what are the socio-economic and cultural factors of such evolution and its consequences. It is necessary to mention the appearance of women in the field of perfume creation. Finally, we will consider the possible negative consequences of such an evolution, bearing in mind the original function of the creator of perfume, which lies in the field of artistic creation. Our goal is to prove that the emergence of new forms of education in the field of perfume creation is caused by the need ...

We decided to figure it out and figured out where to go for those who want to change their profession once and for all, and where for those who are simply curious, who will be satisfied with being a perfumer for one day. And of course we didn't miss...
