As a result, those who did not use the certificate for a young family in a timely manner lost it. Naturally, I panic, as I think so. What should I do now, and I don’t want to lose money at all.

Since I have been in real estate for more than 6 years, and there is one positive thing in this area: it is better to negotiate than to suffer. Having drawn up a detailed action plan, you need to fully mobilize yourself to achieve success and not deviate from what was planned. But you should always consider alternative situations - if the plan has failed, the actions are corrected.

Psychological problems

Thinking about whether there is a way out of a hopeless situation, one must not forget about the psychological problems that appeared after realizing the gravity of the situation. You should take yourself away from depression, which often appears when you realize your own powerlessness or in stressful situations.
