Why does Russia need a strong army. Why the state needs an army Why does the state need an army summary

  • Why is it necessary today regular army? How is the army changing in our time?
  • The country always needs a regular army to ensure security and defense capability. In our time, the army is going through a difficult stage of recovery after an almost complete collapse. Now there is a reform of the army, a reduction in the number of military personnel, an increase in monetary allowance, the term of military service has been reduced to 1 year. Defense of the Fatherland is the duty and duty of a citizen. But in our time it has become unfashionable to defend the Motherland. An honorable duty has turned into a heavy duty. Young people try to do everything to avoid military service. In order to turn the tide, much needs to be done, to carry out colossal work with the youth. We all need to turn the tide so that military service becomes honorable and prestigious.
    or
    1. Regular means a standing army maintained by states in peacetime in a reduced composition to solve priority tasks with the outbreak of war, as well as to train military-trained reserves, to carry out the mobilization deployment of mass armies. Provides a combination of the requirements of military construction and the economical use of the human and material capabilities of the state. ..
    or
    2. Until recently, a rather interesting situation developed: every state needed a regular army because its neighbors had it. And the absurdity of this situation gradually began to reach people. But (oh, a miracle!) international terrorism appeared, the need arose to "protect human rights" outside of one's own state, and the regular army was once again in demand.
    The army changes just as the war changes. Previously, it was a confrontation between large groups of troops between which, as a rule, a more or less clear border (front line) ran. Today's weapons make it pointless to use large groups of troops. It is hardly possible that one of the major states will attack another, and in this case a completely different force will be used. The war is against relatively few, but very mobile enemy groups. Such a war was previously lost by the Americans (in Vietnam) and we (in Afghanistan), but now technologies have been developed that allow equally small and no less mobile groups of troops to successfully resist semi-guerrilla methods of war. Due to the best technical equipment, support for various branches of the military, better weapons and training, the war is now won. Numerical superiority is a thing of the past.
  • Why do we need a regular army today? How is the army changing in our time?

    Explain the meaning of the provision that the defense of the Fatherland is the duty and duty of a citizen.

    1) Defense of the Fatherland is the duty of every citizen. Without protection, it is possible that our Fatherland would not exist. If you live in your homeland, then be kind and protect it!
    2) In order to protect the state from various wars, encroachments on the territory, etc. The army is changing for the worse, because many are trying to hang back, fewer weapons are being purchased, etc.
    3) Compulsory training - preparation for war, etc. Voluntary - when you yourself want to go to your own free time then you do it (visiting some kind of military circles, etc.)
    5) View public service which is an official activity in the troops, which carries out the protection and defense of the state
    6) Protect the Motherland

    3) This is a mandatory physical training and, of course, moral, psychos in the army have nothing to do.
    4) At the call, you will serve your year and go back home. Under the contract, you will be thrown into a combat point (the same Ukraine) where you will serve, but already for a monetary reward.
    5)Military service- a type of service representing the service activities of citizens in military positions in the armed forces and other military bodies.
    6) In general, to carry out impeccable service for the good of the motherland.
    7) As I said physically, you also need to cultivate patriotism in yourself and, of course, prepare mentally, tune in to the fact that you will be taken away from home for a year. A year without home comfort for a real man, just spit.

  • 1. The Constitution of the Russian Federation declares the defense of the Fatherland "the duty and duty of a citizen Russian Federation". In this case, the legal obligation is combined with a moral category (duty), thereby forming an immutable law of civil behavior. But defending the Fatherland and performing military service are not the same thing. Defense of the Fatherland implies the duty of every citizen liable for military service "to take up arms "in case of aggression against Russia, official declaration of war and general mobilization.

  • 1. Fatherland is Motherland. And we call the Motherland a place that we cherish, that we love. A person is born to live, and the main place in his life is occupied by family, work, service to the Fatherland. Your own mother, the house where you were born and grew up, childhood friends, favorite books, nature - such simple, true human values become the basis of true love for the Motherland. And, of course, everyone wants to protect it. Protect what is dear to him.
    2. The best answer would be a list of countries and armed groups with which armed conflicts are most likely to occur at present or in the future. After all, only under reliable protection will the country be able to breathe freely.
    3. In the voluntary military training of students, its organizers are guided by by-laws, as far as I know.
    Men go to the army after graduation. However, there are a number of exceptions, according to which one or another person is able to "slope" from this case. For example, disability or other signs due to which he cannot perform military service.

    4. A contract serviceman is the same serviceman, who only receives money for his service, and in all other respects is also subject to general military regulations, orders, is on allowance, has insignia, and so on. etc. In addition, after the expiration of the contract, he can safely leave, and no one will let him go if he is called up. Well, let's be optimistic - a person serves at the call, let's say, at the call of the heart, because of love for the Motherland.
    5. Military service - in the Russian Federation, a type of federal public service, which is a professional service activity of citizens in military positions in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military (special) formations and bodies performing functions to ensure the defense and security of the state. Such citizens are assigned military ranks.
    6. The soldier must:
    - to be faithful to the Military Oath, to defend the Russian Federation, to fulfill military duty;
    - strictly comply with the Constitution and laws of the Russian Federation, comply with the requirements of military regulations;
    - constantly master the military professional knowledge;
    - to know and maintain in constant readiness for use the weapons and military equipment entrusted to him, to protect military property;
    - be honest, disciplined;
    - implicitly obey the commanders (chiefs) and protect them in battle;
    - rescue comrades from danger;
    - observe the rules of military courtesy, behavior and performance military salute always be in uniform, clean and neatly dressed;
    - be vigilant, strictly keep military and state secrets.

  • We are entering an age in which education, knowledge, professional skills will play a decisive role in the fate of a person. Without knowledge, by the way, which is becoming more and more complicated, it will simply be impossible to work, to be useful. .. A person will bring new ideas, think about what a machine cannot think about. And for this, the general intelligence of a person, his ability to create something new and, of course, moral responsibility, which a machine cannot bear in any way, will be more and more needed ... the hardest and most the most difficult task to be not just a man, but a man of science, a man morally responsible for everything that happens in the age of machines and robots. General education can create a man of the future, a creative man, the creator of everything new and morally responsible for everything that will be created.

    Teaching is what a young person needs now from a very young age. You must always learn. Until the end of his life, not only taught, but also studied all the major scientists. If you stop learning, you won't be able to teach. For knowledge is growing and becoming more complex. At the same time, it must be remembered that the most favorable time for learning is youth. It is in youth, in childhood, in adolescence, in youth, that the human mind is most receptive.

    Know how not to waste time on trifles, on "rest", which sometimes tires more than the hardest work, do not fill your bright mind with muddy streams of stupid and aimless "information". Take care of yourself for learning, for acquiring knowledge and skills that you will master easily and quickly only in your youth.

    And here I hear a heavy sigh young man: what a boring life you offer our youth! Only study. And where is the rest, entertainment? What are we not to rejoice at?

    No. The acquisition of skills and knowledge is the same sport. Teaching is difficult when we do not know how to find joy in it. We must love to study and choose smart forms of recreation and entertainment that can also teach something, develop in us some abilities that will be needed in life.
    Learn to love learning!

  • A kitchen that takes a woman's time gives a lot to the family as a whole. A homemade dinner, arranged on Sunday, gathers the whole family at the table, all sorts of goodies are on the plates, the children are dressed up, and dad and mom are happy. Table talk is not a substitute for any other conversation. At the table, we not only teach children how to hold a fork and knife, but also how to behave in general. The Sunday dinner ritual grows into a serious pedagogical action and an occasion for family consolidation. ..

    We are all professionals now. Intellectuals. According to the laws of some strange irony, the smoothness of our way of life is sometimes placed almost in inverse relationship from the height of the intellect. Now many people know what cybernetics, synchrophasotron, supersonic speeds are. But the fact that milk soup should not be boiled under a tightly closed lid, how to make pies, bake pancakes, is more often known to those who are just poorly versed in cybernetics. Surely such a tilt towards intellect and professionalism is justified by the requirements of the moment and lies, as they say, in line with the century. .. Aversion to domestic work, that's for sure, can poison life if a person does not tolerate this work, but cannot get rid of it. Therefore, I dare to express the idea that grief and difficulties in our everyday bustle arise not only for objective, but also for subjective reasons, and also because of many ambiguities, doubts and even theoretical reticences about how and from which side to look at life.

    Much of our domestic bustle is gradually being replaced by a public service, but much remains - for the most diverse reasons. Obviously, it will be so as long as the family is alive. Let's not repeat once again: life is, you know, terrible! It sucks so much! It sucks in a poorly organized and poorly thought-out life, where there is not even a hint of mutual assistance and cooperation between the efforts of adults and growing family members, where a woman is turned into a servant. In addition, the clumsy and frivolous of both sexes are in greater domestic slavery than quick, intelligent people whose hands are good for everything.

    Continuing the theme of yesterday's post. Why does Russia need an army?

    Let's start with a simple statement of fact. Russia is a rather inconvenient country for the West. Judge for yourself.

    We refuse to give away our natural resources to multinational corporations, as countries in Africa and the Middle East do. We have the audacity not only to refuse to take part in military operations against oil-rich countries, but also to condemn US actions in Iraq, Libya and Afghanistan.

    We claim our rightful piece of the Arctic rich in natural resources. We do not allow our gas to be stolen and make Europe nervous because of this. We support a domestic manufacturer, which is why every year we buy less and less "Bush legs" and other low-quality goods. We do not allow Western civilized businessmen to steal money from the Russian budget.

    We do not deploy American military bases on our territory. Not only that, we are not only preventing the Americans from building military bases on the territory of our neighboring states, but also seriously weakening American influence on countries of interest to us. We do not take loans from the IMF and, accordingly, refuse to comply with its "recommendations". In general, we are pursuing an independent financial policy and decide for ourselves what the exchange rate of the ruble will be, what currency we will sell oil for, and how we will keep our reserves.

    In any case, Russia is not Germany or Japan. In Germany and Japan significant reserves natural resources no, but we have. And the only way to take these resources away from us for free is to weaken Russia to such an extent that it cannot object. Divide into several parts, make these parts fight each other ... well, the scenario is known and understandable.

    Please note: I am not paranoid. I am not saying that America is run by Jews who dream of destroying the Third Rome. We are talking about banal big politics - the search for resources, the struggle for markets and the destruction of competitors. We live in a rather cruel world, and songs about "freedom" and "democracy" never make the Anglo-Saxons less practical.

    Just in case, I'll repeat it again. I do not consider America an enemy of Russia. I believe that America is ruled by practical and cynical politicians who in their actions are guided not by sweet humanitarian snot, but solely by the interests of their country.

    OK. I hope I have convinced you that strong army Russia is vital, and that if we don't have an army, we won't have anything. Now let's see what is being done now in this direction.

    I'll start with the numerous scandals with the defense order, which we have been regularly reading about in the news lately:

    What do all these scandals mean? That we have successfully pissed off all the polymers and that Russia is dying?

    Not at all. This means that our tandem has taken on our army and our defense industry very tightly. Checks the work of subordinates and dismisses those who are not able to follow the order:

    Let me remind you that Putin allocated 23 trillion rubles for the defense industry - 20 trillion for development armed forces and another three trillion for the development of the defense industry:

    Twenty-three trillion rubles is a very, very large amount, quite comparable to the defense spending of the USSR during cold war. Similar sums for the army in recent history Russia has never stood out. And it would be extremely strange if this money were allocated without strict control from above over their spending.

    Now some facts. Where exactly will these trillions go and what will we end up with.

    Now military equipment is updated annually by about 10%. Thanks to this, by 2020 it is planned to increase the share of modern weapons in our army to 70%. Particular emphasis is placed on understandable reasons, on the Air Force and Air Defense:

    More specifically, 600 new aircraft, 1,000 helicopters, 66 S-400 and S-500 divisions will be delivered to the troops:

    At present, according to various sources, Russia has from 15 to 19 submarines left, and, it should be noted, it is very great that we managed not to fall in love with them in the nineties. The chance to be left without the Premier League at all was then more than real.

    Fortunately, now the situation is beginning to improve: two fourth-generation submarines - Yuri Dolgoruky and Severodvinsk - are already being tested and will soon be included in the combat fleet.

    We also have missiles to equip submarines. Let me remind you that in April and July of this year, the Russian Navy carried out two successful launches of the Sineva intercontinental missile:

    The estimated flight range of the Sineva is 8,300 kilometers. For comparison, this roughly corresponds to the distance from the Barents Sea to Chicago, Barack Obama's small home.

    However, in practice, "Sineva" can fly further, for 11 thousand kilometers. This is not surprising, given that Sineva is the best ballistic missile in the world in terms of energy-mass perfection:

    Tellingly, our "Sineva" German experts called "a masterpiece of naval rocket science", and they can be trusted in this matter:

    Total until 2020 Russian fleet will receive 100 ships, including eight Borey-class submarines. For reference, submarines of the Borey project can dive half a kilometer and be in autonomous navigation for up to three months:

    In terms of its characteristics, the Borey surpasses its “most likely” rival - the American Virginia boats.

    True, with the Bulava, which the Boreas are armed with, things are still moving with varying degrees of success. Successful launches are interspersed with unsuccessful ones:

    However, I don't see much cause for concern here. Let the experts correct me, but in Soviet years there were no less unsuccessful tests - this is an absolutely normal process of developing new high-tech weapons. Another question is that in the Soviet years, for obvious reasons, they didn’t write much about unsuccessful tests in newspapers.

    Let me remind you that during the tests of our coolest rocket, SS-18 "Satan", seven launches ended in failure. This is more than the "Mace":

    Exactly the same thing, by the way, is happening in other countries. In the United States, the launch of the Minuteman rocket ended in failure the other day. And China has not been able to build an engine for an airplane for twenty years at all ...

    The Topol-M ground-based missiles are being gradually supplemented and replaced by the RS-24 Yars. The difference between the new missiles is in the multiple reentry vehicle, which sharply reduces the chances of the American missile defense system for a successful interception:

    The explosion of one RS-24 rocket is sixty-seven times more powerful than the explosion atomic bomb, which in 1945 the States dropped on Hiroshima. Thus, one RS-24 missile can destroy three Los Angeles at once.

    Generally, rocket troops are one of our top priorities. Since 2013, the production of missile systems in Russia will almost double:

    Of course, tanks will also be purchased. By 2020, the Russian armored forces will be half modern T-90s and half new tanks, information about which is still classified:

    For reference, the T-90 tank can withstand an explosion of a thirty-kiloton nuclear bomb at a distance of 700 meters, while the tank can move not only on the ground, but also under water:

    Now fast forward from 2020 back to the present. What do we have now?

    We are ranked seventh in the world in terms of military spending, our military budget has grown almost tenfold since 2000:

    In 2010, I quote, “27 ballistic missiles, 34 strategic cruise missiles, six spacecraft, 21 aircraft, 37 helicopters, 19 anti-aircraft missile systems, 61 tanks and 325 armored fighting vehicles":

    It should be noted that this is not exactly what the president ordered in 2009. As far as I understand, there were fewer planes, more helicopters. However, in general, as Ivanov stated, the state defense order in 2010 was completed by 94%:

    In general, work is underway, equipment is being purchased. In addition, the wages of those who work with this equipment are constantly increasing. I quote:

    ““The salary of certain categories of military personnel will rise to an average of 65,000 rubles, and of senior officers” - up to 150,000 rubles, Vladimir Putin said ... We are talking, first of all, about military personnel, officers who are on combat duty on submarines and nuclear cruisers, in units of the Strategic Missile Forces, those military personnel who serve in units of constant readiness and must respond promptly to any calls of an armed nature within the country or abroad.

    “On average, the pay increase for these groups of servicemen should be up to 65,000 rubles. And for some categories, meaning senior officers, the increase will be even greater - up to 100-150 and more than a thousand rubles. We think it's justified."

    Finally, I will say a few words about the purchase of equipment abroad. Why do we need these purchases?

    First, it is a way to control the prices that manufacturers set. If our plant offers shushpanzers at a price of three million dollars apiece, and such shushpanzers can be bought on the world market for one million, this is a clear reason to ask the plant to think about cost reduction.

    Secondly, the purchase of equipment is at the same time the purchase of new technologies. For example, together with the Mistral helicopter carriers, we received from the French the Zenit-9 system we needed and all the accompanying licenses / technologies:

    Zenith-9 is NATO's most advanced multi-arms command and control information system. It is needed to ensure the interaction of the fleet with aviation and ground forces.

    The French did not want to give it to us for a long time, but at the International economic forum Petersburg, we persuaded them.

    Let me summarize

    Our army is currently the second strongest in the world, right after the United States, and by 2020 it will become even stronger. And this inspires me not only with pride for my country, but also with confidence in our future.

    At first glance it may seem that the question is: Why does the state need an army? is obvious and simple - it is the protection of the country in the event of hostilities. In general, this is really true: the main function of the armed forces of the Russian Federation is the creation of conditions for the security of the state from the attack of aggressors.

    In this case, why do we need an army in peacetime, does it need to be modernized and financially provided? Let's look at these questions in more detail.

    Main tasks Russian army during a peaceful situation in the country, it is conditionally divided into 3 components: ensuring the preservation of the military-political interests of the Russian Federation, maintaining the interests of Russia of an economic nature and carrying out military operations aimed at ensuring peace.

    Any of the above sub-clauses implies the implementation a large number events of various specifics with the participation of military personnel, therefore it is worth considering each direct component, in particular.

    The concept of observance of the interests of the Russian Federation by the VP contains the deterrence of the threat and manifestations of aggression on the part of a potential enemy.

    Such a set of security measures contains a number of measures:

    • an advance procedure for identifying the VP of factors that threaten an attack on the territory of the Russian Federation or the territory of allied countries;
    • maintaining soldiers, equipment and weapons in readiness, which is as close as possible to combat;
    • the state of constant readiness of armed groups to mobilize, capable of resolving local conflicts and stopping mass riots;
    • the presence of a strategic potential, taking into account technical equipment and means or control methods, in such a state that under any conditions with a guarantee to launch missiles to cause damage to a potential enemy;
    • preparation for the transfer of the country to a military regime with strategic deployment;
    • defense of the territory of the state.

    So, the priority is to ensure the combat readiness of subsections and intelligence in order to detect potential aggression from other countries.

    Regarding the protection of the interests of the Russian Federation from the side of economics and politics, the functions of the army are given below:

    • ensuring the safety of civilians in the Russian Federation who live in areas with political instability, in addition, near "hot spots", zones of clashes with the use of firearms;
    • maintenance of conditions of a certain kind under which the Russian Federation can develop economically;
    • guaranteed protection of the interests of the Russian Federation on a national scale in the territory of the World Ocean;
    • performing operations using military equipment and personnel of the army of the Russian Federation on the territory of regions that are of great importance from an economic point of view (carried out by personal order of the first person), and the like.

    Among the above tasks, measures are taken to ensure the safety of civilians and the conduct of economic activity of the Russian Federation outside the country.

    Finally, the performance of operations with the use of military potential in times of a non-military nature implies the following parameters for the work of the army:

    • guaranteed fulfillment by Russia of all obligations stipulated by international agreements and treaties;
    • suppression of the organized activities of terrorists, extremists and separatists, including the prevention of terrorist acts;
    • the use of nuclear power to deter the aggression of a potential adversary;
    • carrying out operations aimed at supporting peaceful existence, within the direct framework of agreements between the Russian Federation and international organizations;
    • introduction and observance of the VP on the territory of any kind of subject of the Russian Federation;
    • forceful preservation of the sanctions regime;
    • implementation of comprehensive measures in order to prevent environmental and man-made disasters, as well as the participation of soldiers and technical equipment in removing the consequences.

    Why does the state need an army
    people understand best during hostilities. The functionality of the army largely depends on the size and specific features of the military conflict, where it will participate. Let's take a look at the theoretical variations in which the military of the Russian Federation will participate in real battles.

    A conflict of a local type is the most insignificant event. This concept can include any armed action, or a clash in the country with the use of weapons. In other words, small aggressive manifestations not related to military operations. At the same time, troops are required in order to intimidate a potential aggressor and show power, with the help of which conflicts local view can be stopped peacefully, or with a minimum number of victims.

    A larger version of the conflict is a local war. Here, usually, on the border of two countries located in the neighborhood, there are armed groups that can be reinforced by troops from another region. As a rule, in local wars, with the help of weapons, the political or economic interests of the two states directly are pursued.

    And yet, with a certain development of events, local wars can develop into more significant conflicts. We are talking about a regional war, where the number of participants is more than two, but fighting are held strictly in the zone of a certain region, which includes the territories of the seas and airspace. At the beginning of hostilities between regions, the potential of the economy, strategy, and weapons are deployed.

    Important! States possessing nuclear warheads will lay down their terms of engagement by threatening to use this type of weapon.

    Finally, the most significant conflict is large-scale military action. Any world countries can take part here for military purposes using a number of radical measures. In such a situation, the countries participating in the conflict are required to use all the military resources available in the reserve.

    They damaged the asphalt, went bankrupt on an unnecessary show ... Why do we need an army at all? Who is going to attack? Such judgments were made recently, after the Independence Day parade. There weren't many. Most fellow countrymen, watching with their own eyes or on TV the march of foot columns, the passage of military equipment and the passage of aircraft, understood why we spend money on the parade, equipment and the army as a whole. But not everyone understands. Now, as the forthcoming call is being discussed, skeptical voices are once again heard.

    To the question “Why do we need an army?” need to answer. Let's divide the answer into two: why does the country need an army and each of us personally - in life, work, at home.

    In the mid-80s, we, a dozen and a half reserve officers, were called up for a two-month training camp. We received lieutenant ranks at the military department of the BPI, some served, some did not. The training camp took place in Kharkov, where tank officers from different regions of the Union were gathered: Ukrainians, Moldovans, guys from Moscow ... A week later, Belarusians were not to be found in the barracks in the evening. A military university is classes stuffed with electronics and mechanics, tanks disassembled into components and assemblies ... Each of ours repaired, restored, reconfigured something. Everyone was in business! Although we were not forced to do this and no benefits were promised for this. At the end, the commander of the training camp, Colonel Odnorukov, before general formation declared gratitude to us, Belarusians, and said that this happens from year to year.

    It's a matter of reputation. It is needed today even more than in those years. If we, an independent country, want to survive in a tough competitive environment, then the established opinion will work for us. Belarusians themselves look for work and do everything they undertake well: they build, repair, manage weapons and complex military equipment. Today the army is just one of the hypostases of life. We can be trusted in everything.

    It is a matter of status: our country should be respected. The strong are respected, and strength is not determined only by the size of the territory and population. And not even literal power, the combat effectiveness of the troops. Not only this. The country is the people, the citizens. Strong people is a strong country. The weak, even in business, even in geopolitics, are eaten without regret. With or without formal smiles. The resolute and tough will beware. The army teaches a man - a future director, manager, businessman or minister - to resist and insist.

    If you are a leader, be able to call on the team to complete the service task accurately, on time. If a subordinate - obey for the sake of common success. If it is difficult, painful, almost unbearable - clench your teeth and endure! Fulfill the order, do your own thing, which is part of the common. Together we will win. No one teaches this as quickly as the army.

    It's a matter of tradition. The army generally stands on tradition. And there are more of them on our land than in other parts of the world. This is not only Operation Bagration and other glorious victories: there was something ahead of them. Georgy Zhukov, a military leader who will be called the Marshal of Victory, served as deputy commander of the Belarusian military district for cavalry in the 30s. And earlier, in the 1920s, he conducted military pre-conscription training at the Belarusian State University.

    Perhaps not everyone knows that the recently published "White Paper on China's National Defense in a New Era" outlines plans for military cooperation with Russia; that just the other day, strategic bombers of the two countries for the first time jointly patrolled over the ocean in the Asia-Pacific region; that a well-known authority, the former head of the Israeli secret service Nativ, Yakov Kedmi, already considers the United States to be catching up in military rivalry with Russia and China. But everyone saw the strategic bombers of the Russian Aerospace Forces in our general parade formation. This is not a hint - a statement. Our army is on an equal footing - in terms of equipment, training, combat readiness - with the best armies in the world. We are peaceful people, we are not going to attack and we do not expect attacks. But after the First World War, mankind also considered the war to be the last ...

    The second part of the answer is easier. In life and everyday life, a man needs the same qualities that a country needs in geopolitics: determination, strength, the ability to overcome. Such qualities are valued by brides in grooms, fathers and mothers bring up in sons. All this is an army. How about in other countries? Everyone knows about Israel: girls serve there on a par with guys, both of them consider it a matter of honor. And Muscovite friends recently said that among the son-student - a new fad. “Slope” is not yet a disgrace, but it is no longer a valor. Everyone suddenly wanted to serve. Otherwise, a successful career does not shine.

    The famous clip of the group Status Quo “In The Army Now”, of course, is clearer than my words. Maybe I didn't convince everyone. But it took even more time to convince the student son, almost a year. Now he quietly waits autumn call. To the military registration and enlistment office on October 25th.
