Project "Innovative health-saving technologies in work with children of preschool age". Modern innovative health-saving technologies in the educational process preschool consultation Introduction of innovative technologies in health-saving pro

Health-saving technologies are one of the types of modern innovative technologies that are aimed at maintaining and improving the health of all participants in the educational process in preschool educational institutions. The use of such technologies has a two-way focus:

  • the formation of the foundations of valeological culture among preschoolers, i.e. teach them to take care of their own health;
  • organization of the educational process in kindergarten without a negative impact on the health of children.

Health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions are perfectly combined with traditional forms and methods in pedagogy, complementing them with various ways of implementing health-improving work. The use of such technologies solves a number of problems:

  • laying the foundation for good physical health;
  • improving the level of mental and social health of pupils;
  • carrying out preventive health-improving work;
  • familiarization of preschoolers with the principles of maintaining a healthy lifestyle;
  • motivation of children for a healthy lifestyle;
  • the formation of good habits;
  • formation of valeological skills;
  • formation of a conscious need for regular physical education;
  • cultivating a value attitude towards one's health.

To ensure an integrated approach to protecting and improving the health of pupils, required by the Federal State Educational Standard, various types of modern health-saving technologies are used in preschool educational institutions:

  • medical and preventive (medical examinations, monitoring the health of children, anti-epidemiological work, organizing specialized correctional groups, preventing many diseases, sanitary and hygienic work, quality control of catering, etc.);
  • physical culture and health (, sports events, valeological classes, hardening procedures, etc.)
  • valeological education of parents (motivation of parents to lead a healthy lifestyle, teaching parents how to interact with children to form a valeological culture in them);
  • valeological education of teachers (familiarizing educators with innovative health-saving technologies and methods of their implementation, motivation for a healthy lifestyle, expanding knowledge about the age and psychological characteristics of preschoolers);
  • health-saving education of children (formation of valeological knowledge and skills).

Only by implementing all these types of health-saving technologies can we achieve close interaction of the main factors affecting the health of preschoolers.

Card file of health-saving technologies

There are many effective varieties of modern health-saving technologies that should be in the file cabinet of a kindergarten teacher.

Physical education minutes

One of the simplest and most common types of health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions is physical education minutes. They are also called dynamic pauses. These are short-term breaks in intellectual or practical activities, during which children perform simple physical exercises.

The purpose of these physical exercises is to:

  • change of type of activity;
  • fatigue prevention;
  • relieving muscle, nervous and brain tension;
  • activation of blood circulation;
  • activation of thinking;
  • increasing the interest of children in the course of the lesson;
  • creating a positive emotional background.

Holding dynamic pauses has some peculiarities. They are designed to be performed in confined spaces (near a desk or table, in the center of a room, etc.). Most physical education sessions are accompanied by a poetic text or are performed to music.

Such dynamic pauses last 1-2 minutes. All children are involved in the implementation of physical education. This does not require a sports uniform or equipment. The time for holding is chosen arbitrarily, depending on the degree of fatigue of the children. Physical education may include individual elements of other health-saving technologies.

Breathing exercises

A study of the work experience of many preschool teachers shows that breathing exercises are among the most popular types of health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions. It is a system of breathing exercises that are part of the complex of corrective work to improve the overall health of the child.

The use of breathing exercises helps:

  • improve the functioning of internal organs;
  • activate cerebral circulation, increase oxygen saturation of the body;
  • train the respiratory apparatus;
  • to carry out the prevention of respiratory diseases;
  • increase the body's defense mechanisms;
  • restore peace of mind, calm down;
  • develop speech breathing.

In the respiratory gymnastics classes, the following rules must be observed. It is recommended to carry it out in a well-ventilated room and before meals. Such classes should be daily and last 3-6 minutes. To perform breathing exercises, a special form of clothing is not required, but it must be ensured that it does not hamper the movement of the child.

During the exercise, special attention should be paid to the nature of the inhalations and exhalations. Children should be taught to inhale through the nose (breaths should be short and light), and exhale through the mouth (exhale long). Breathing exercises also include breath holding exercises. It is important that in children, when performing exercises for the development of speech breathing, the muscles of the body do not tense up, the shoulders do not move.

Finger gymnastics

Finger gymnastics is a type of health-saving technology that is used not only to develop fine motor skills of the hands (which is important for preparing a child for drawing, modeling and writing), but also to solve problems with speech development in children. In addition, such gymnastics contributes to the development of:

  • tactile sensations;
  • coordination of movements of fingers and hands;
  • creative abilities of preschoolers.

Finger gymnastics is carried out in the form of staging poetic texts with the help of fingers. This is almost the first kind of gymnastics that can be performed with children. In the course of finger gymnastics, children make active and passive movements with their fingers. The following types of exercises are used:

  • massage;
  • actions with objects or materials;
  • finger games.

It is recommended to do finger exercises daily. During its implementation, you need to ensure that the load on both hands is the same. In addition, it must be remembered that each session of finger gymnastics should end with relaxing exercises. Such classes can be carried out collectively, in groups or individually with each child.

Gymnastics for the eyes

Also, gymnastics for the eyes is one of the health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions. It involves a system of exercises aimed at correcting and preventing visual impairment. Gymnastics for the eyes is necessary for:

  • stress relief;
  • fatigue prevention;
  • eye muscle training
  • strengthening of the eye apparatus.

To perform such gymnastics, 2-4 minutes are enough. The main rule of this gymnastics is that only the eyes should move, and the head remains stationary (except in cases where head tilts are provided). All exercises should be done while standing.

Usually, the teacher shows a pattern for performing each action, and the children repeat after him. Often such gymnastics has poetic accompaniment. It may include exercises with objects, special tables or ICT.

Psycho-gymnastics

Psycho-gymnastics refers to innovative health-saving technologies that are used in kindergarten to develop the child's emotional sphere and strengthen his mental health. The purpose of psycho-gymnastics is as follows:

  • conducting psychophysical relaxation;
  • development of cognitive mental processes;
  • normalization of the condition in children with neuroses or neuropsychiatric disorders;
  • correction of deviations in behavior or character.

Psycho-gymnastics is a course of 20 special classes, which are held in a playful way. They are organized twice a week and last from 25 to 90 minutes. Each lesson consists of four stages that involve acting out:

  • sketches using facial expressions and pantomime;
  • sketches for depicting emotions or character traits;
  • sketches with a psychotherapeutic orientation.

The session ends with psycho-muscular training. During the lesson, a “minute of prank” is held, when children can perform any actions that they want.

Rhythmoplasty

Rhythmoplasty is an innovative method of working with children, which is based on the performance of special plastic movements that have a healing character to the music. Purpose of rhythmoplasty:

  • replenishment of "motor deficit";
  • development of the motor sphere of children;
  • strengthening the muscular corset;
  • improvement of cognitive processes;
  • formation of aesthetic concepts.

Rhythmoplasty is organized in the form of special music lessons. Physical exercises should be performed at a slow pace with a wide amplitude. These sessions should be done twice a week for 30 minutes each. It is recommended to engage in rhythmoplasty not earlier than half an hour after eating.

Game therapy

The Federal State Educational Standard states that for preschoolers, the leading activity is the game. Therefore, game therapy should be an obligatory type of health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions. This technology involves involving children in a variety of games, during which they will have the opportunity to:

  • show emotions, experiences, fantasy;
  • express yourself;
  • relieve psycho-emotional stress;
  • get rid of fears;
  • become more self-confident.

Play therapy is considered an excellent tool for dealing with children's neuroses.

aromatherapy

Aromatherapy involves the use of special items with essential oils in the room where the children are. It can be called a passive method of influencing the health of preschoolers, since the children themselves do not have to perform any actions. They can engage in any kind of activity and at the same time inhale aromatic vapors. This is how it happens:

  • improving the well-being and mood of children;
  • prevention of colds;
  • solving sleep problems.

Essential oils can be applied to figures made of clay or untreated wood (the dose of the aromatic substance should be minimal). It is also recommended to make special aromatic pillows with parents, filling them with dried herbs, or individual aroma medallions.

In addition to the described health-saving technologies, other types of them can be used in preschool educational institutions:

  • herbal medicine;
  • color therapy;
  • music therapy;
  • vitamin therapy;
  • physiotherapy;
  • heliotherapy;
  • sand therapy.

The essence of such technologies is clear from their names. The ultimate goal of using health-saving technologies in kindergarten according to the Federal State Educational Standard is to preserve and strengthen the health of children, which is a prerequisite for improving the effectiveness of the educational process. Only a healthy child can become a good student and a successful person.

The order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation No. 2106 dated December 28, 2010 "On the approval of the FGT for educational institutions in terms of protecting the health of pupils" in subparagraph No. 7 contains specific requirements for the rational organization of the educational process, namely: "the use of health-saving methods in the educational process, technologies, observance of a health-saving mode of education and upbringing".

Health- an important factor in the performance and harmonious development of children. Health does not exist by itself, it needs careful care throughout a person's life. It is known that preschool age is decisive in the formation of the foundation of physical and mental health. After all, it is up to 7 years that a child goes through a huge path of development, unique throughout his subsequent life. It is during this period that there is an intensive development of organs, the formation of the functional systems of the body, the main personality traits are laid, the character, attitude towards oneself and others is formed. It is important at this stage to form in children a knowledge base and practical skills of a healthy lifestyle, a conscious need for systematic physical education and sports.

Health saving educational technologies - a systematically organized set of programs, techniques, methods of organizing the educational process that does not harm the health of its participants;
qualitative characteristics of pedagogical technologies in terms of their impact on the health of children and teachers

The goals of using health-saving technologies:

  • saving children's health by creating favorable conditions for stay, upbringing and education in preschool educational institutions;
  • strengthening the mental and physical health of preschool children;
  • ensuring a high level of health for a kindergarten pupil and nurturing a valeological culture;
  • a conscious attitude of the child to the health and life of a person, knowledge about health and the ability to protect, maintain and preserve it, allowing the preschooler to independently and effectively solve the problems of a healthy lifestyle and safe behavior;
  • promoting the formation of a culture of health and valeological education of parents.

Means of health-saving technologies:
1. Means of motor orientation:
. movement elements (walking, running, jumping, throwing);
. physical exercise;
. physical education sessions, physiotherapy exercises, outdoor games, gymnastics, self-massage, etc.
2. Healing powers of nature (sun and air baths, water procedures, herbal medicine, inhalation).
3. Hygiene factors (fulfillment of sanitary and hygienic requirements, personal and public hygiene, ventilation, wet cleaning of premises, observance of the daily routine, etc.). The use of various health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions (from my own experience).

In our group (children aged 4-5 years) health work is carried out constantly and systematically. All recreational activities are arranged in a sequential chain and evenly distributed throughout the day in the form of a "Health Path":

Daily regime

The daily routine ensures the daily repetition of hygiene procedures at the same time, which contributes to the gradual formation of skills and habits of a culture of behavior and personal hygiene. The daily routine accustoms the child's body to a certain rhythm, provides a change of activity, protecting the nervous system of children from overwork.

1. Morning exercises

Daily morning exercises, general developmental exercises in the group contribute to emotional unloading, increasing motor activity. A variety of forms of morning exercises contributes to the formation of children's interest in it:

  • Rhythmic gymnastics
  • Gymnastics consisting of round dances
  • Story dances
  • Playing a story poem
  • Outdoor games
  • Wellness run
  • Gymnastics in plot form with and without objects;
  • Wellness aerobics and yoga exercises;
  • Gymnastics according to interests and games at the request of children.

Morning exercises are held daily in the sports and music halls. The duration of morning exercises is 7 minutes. At the same time, the teacher works with the children and, if necessary, corrects, corrects the performance of the exercises by the children.

2. Finger gymnastics.

Finger games are a staging of any rhymed stories, fairy tales with the help of fingers. During the finger games: "We leaf through the book", "At sunset, the pond slumbers ...", "Fish", as well as the finger theater classes "Horse", "Smartly from finger to finger ...", "Apple", "Cockerel". The child, repeating the movements of adults, achieves a good development of fine motor skills of the hands, which not only has a beneficial effect on the development of speech, but also prepares the child for drawing and writing.

3. Game self-massage.

Children are happy to perform self-massage in a playful way. Carrying out play massage, the child can fantasize, while affecting the entire body. Game self-massage relaxes muscles and relieves neuro-emotional tension.

4. Washing hands and face with cold water.

Washing with cool water (in summer, in winter - warm water) in sequence: hands with soap, then face. After washing, wiping is performed, but not dry, but only to remove free water (drops) from the washed parts of the body, followed by their final drying. Drying is a powerful hardening procedure.

5. Before class - sound gymnastics

Sound gymnastics is the pronunciation of various sounds and their combinations in a strictly defined way. When pronouncing sounds, the vocal cords begin to vibrate and this vibration is first transmitted to the respiratory tract and lungs, and from them to the chest. The complex develops the respiratory muscles, speech apparatus, coordination of movements, muscles of the arms and spine, promotes proper rhythmic breathing and pronunciation of sounds .

6. Dynamic pause on GCD.

The main tasks of the physical minute are:

  • relieve fatigue and stress;
  • make an emotional charge;
  • improve general motor skills;
  • develop clear coordinated actions in conjunction with speech.

In the process of conducting physical education sessions, during which movements are combined with the word, the behavior of children is naturally and unobtrusively brought up, muscle activity develops, speech deficiencies are corrected, and the existing vocabulary is activated.

7. Gymnastics for the eyes

Visual gymnastics is aimed at improving and maintaining vision, is the prevention of myopia and hyperopia. "Magic" eye games are the training of children's eye muscles and the success of healthy vision in the future.

6. After GCD - yoga in games.

Yoga is one of the few exercise systems that has a beneficial and holistic effect on the entire body, including the endocrine and nervous systems. Yoga classes perfectly strengthen the musculoskeletal system, align your posture. Breathing, relaxation and meditation practices have a positive effect on the psyche. There is no competitive element in yoga, which distinguishes it from other types of physical activity. Children learn to accept themselves for who they are.

9. Walk.

Motor activity (running, games, exercises). The purpose of the walk is to improve health, prevent fatigue, physical and mental development of children, restore the functional resources of the body that have been reduced in the process of activity.

10. Outdoor game

The game allows you to remove physical fatigue from the muscles, to achieve an emotional switch from one type of activity to another. Outdoor games are especially loved by children, because they are an important source of joyful emotions. Games stimulate active work, thoughts, contribute to the expansion of horizons, the improvement of all mental processes, and form positive moral qualities in children.

11. Breathing exercises

Regular breathing exercises contribute to the training of the respiratory muscles, improve local and cerebral circulation, protect against hypothermia, develop the still imperfect respiratory system of the child, and strengthen the body's defenses. In my work I used: "Bubbles", "Talker", "Breeze", "Bees", "We mow the grass", "Rooster", "Porridge is boiling", "Grow big", "Mill", "In the forest", " Cheerful bee.

12. Gymnastics awakening (in bed).

The duration of gymnastics in bed is 2-3 minutes. Next, the children move on to performing a set of respiratory exercises, which is very important for the prevention of colds and diseases of the upper respiratory tract. Then hardening activities are carried out using "miracle" - rugs, salt paths, water procedures. The total duration of recreational gymnastics after daytime sleep should be 12-15 minutes.

13. Corrective paths (prevention of flat feet).

Walking barefoot on corrective paths ("Temper and walk barefoot along the snow-covered paths") 15-20 sec.
- A set of exercises carried out in a sitting position on chairs ("we will warm up for frozen legs after a walk in the snow).

14. Psycho-gymnastics (emotional health).

The task is to relieve the inertia of physical and mental well-being, raise muscle tone, "warm up" the child's attention and interest in the lesson, set the children up for active work and contact with each other. Thanks to psycho-gymnastics for preschoolers, a child learns to understand his own and other people's emotions, express them, understand feelings, learn to relax and overcome life's difficulties.

15. Posture (prevention of scoliosis).

Physical exercise is the main means of preventing posture disorders. Special attention should be given to exercises that cause active work of the extensor muscles of the back and abdominal muscles.

16. Articulation gymnastics.

The goal of articulatory gymnastics is to develop correct, full-fledged movements and certain positions of the articulatory organs necessary for the correct pronunciation of sounds, and to combine simple movements into complex ones.

The effectiveness of the work of health-saving technologies depends on a well-coordinated work with parents. Experience shows that the effectiveness of a wellness program is decided together with the family.
Experience in innovative areas has shown that children aged 4-5 successfully and enthusiastically learn about the structure of the body and acquire healthy lifestyle and safe behavior in everyday life and in nature, if knowledge is transmitted in an accessible and playful way.

The process of raising and educating children preschool age in work health savings and health connection; development aimed at ensuring the physical, mental and social well-being of children for a long period.

« Modern innovative health-saving technologies

in the educational process of preschool educational institutions "

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

(World Health Organization)

As you know, good health contributes to successful learning, and successful learning leads to better health. Education and health are inseparable. Recently, the catastrophic deterioration in the health of pupils has become more and more obvious. The education system bears its share of responsibility for the current situation. Teachers are increasingly aware of their responsibility for the well-being of new generations. Reflective role play. Work on the formation of a healthy lifestyle for preschool children in a preschool environment will be effective if we take into account:

Age and individual characteristics of children;

Use different forms of work on the formation of a healthy lifestyle for preschoolers;

To systematically and purposefully carry out work on the introduction of a healthy lifestyle with the families of pupils.

It is impossible to solve the problem of health using only traditional pedagogical technologies. A preschool educational organization must constantly master a set of measures aimed at maintaining the health of a child at all stages of his education and development. There are various forms and types of activities aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of pupils. Their complex has now received the general name "health-saving technologies"

"Health-saving technologies" is an integral system of educational and health-improving, corrective and preventive measures that are carried out in the process of interaction ("child and teacher", "child and parents", "teacher and parents"). The purpose of health-saving educational technologies is to provide a preschooler with the opportunity to maintain health, to form necessary knowledge, skills in a healthy lifestyle, teach how to use the acquired knowledge in Everyday life. The main indicator that distinguishes all health-saving educational technologies is regular express diagnostics of the state of children and monitoring of the main parameters of the development of the body in dynamics (beginning and end of the school year), which allows us to draw appropriate conclusions about the state of health.

Main tasks:

Creation of the most favorable conditions for the mental, moral, physical, aesthetic development of the individual;

Thus, it is very important that each of the considered technologies has a health-improving orientation, and the health-saving activities used in the complex would eventually form a strong motivation for a healthy lifestyle, full and uncomplicated development in the child.

AT modern Russia The problem of organizing health-saving education and upbringing has acquired particular urgency.

The World Health Organization defines health as "a state of bodily, mental and social well-being". Thus, the concept of "health" has elements of the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual aspects.

Figure 1. Model of students' health formation

It is not easy for an applicant who has become a student to get used to and adapt to the new mode of life in an educational institution. A new mode of educational activity, changes in nutrition and physical activity, the need to study a larger amount of educational material - all this negatively affects the student's health.

In this regard, there is a need to apply the basics of health-saving pedagogy.

Health-saving pedagogy is, first of all, readiness and a certain ability educational institution to ensure a high level of educational activities without serious damage to the health of participants in the educational process. Health-saving technologies in education are a systematically organized set of programs, techniques, methods for organizing educational processes that do not harm the health of its subjects.

Health-saving educational technologies are a qualitative characteristic of any educational technology, its “safety certificate for health”, it is a set of techniques, principles and methods of pedagogical work that complement traditional technologies of education, upbringing and development with health-saving tasks.

Based on the challenges of health saving, all pedagogical technologies in this direction are divided into 3 groups:

1) technologies that most seriously harm the health of students and teachers. This category includes the traditional, class-lesson teaching technology developed by Ya. A. Komensky, technologies that are characterized by an exaggerated overload of the educational process and the active use of authoritarian pedagogy are also suitable here.

2) technologies in which the process of preserving and strengthening the health of participants in the educational process is a priority. It is these technologies that are called health-saving.

3) all other pedagogical technologies, which are the largest group of technologies, cannot be clearly qualified and judged on their impact on the health of the subjects of the educational process. To include them in the other two groups, it is necessary to analyze and study them, as well as to evaluate their results in terms of the impact on the health of students and teachers.

The goal of any educational technology is to achieve a certain pedagogical result in the processes of education, upbringing, development. Health saving in modern pedagogy cannot act as the only, main goal of the educational process. Health saving is only a condition, one of the tasks of achieving the main educational goal.

The following types of educational technologies can be distinguished:

- healing (proper physical training, physiotherapy, hardening, gymnastics, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, art therapy, massage);

- health-saving (establishment of a healthy diet, development of physical activity, vaccinations as a preventive measure)

- technologies for teaching and developing health (inclusion of relevant topics on physical development in subjects of general professional and professional cycles);

- education of the right culture of health (additional classes on the formation and development of the personality of students, various educational activities, competitions and festivals, etc.).

Health-saving educational technologies should ensure the constant development of the individual, his natural abilities: mind, need for activity, moral and aesthetic feelings, mastering the experience of communicating with people, nature and art.

The purpose of educational health-saving technologies is to provide students with the opportunity to carry out the processes of maintaining health during their studies at the university, the opportunity to form the necessary knowledge, skills and habits of a healthy lifestyle, as well as providing opportunities for active participation in preventive measures, using the acquired knowledge and competencies in everyday life.

The main components of innovative and health-saving technologies are:

1. The axiological component, manifested in the awareness of the special value of their health by students, the conviction of the need to lead a lifestyle that allows them to fully achieve their goals, use their physical and mental capabilities.

2. The health-saving component, which includes a system of general attitudes and values that create a system of skills and abilities in the field of hygiene necessary for the natural functioning of the body, as well as a system of methods and exercises aimed at improving the skills and abilities to take care of oneself, clothes, place of residence, environment.

3. The epistemological component, associated with the daily acquisition of the knowledge and skills necessary for the process of health preservation, the study of oneself, one's abilities and capabilities, interest in one's health issues, in the study of the necessary literature, various directions for improving and strengthening one's body.

4. The emotional-volitional component, which includes the manifestation of the mechanisms of psychological mechanisms - volitional and emotional. A necessary condition for maintaining health and well-being are positive, favorable emotions and experiences, thanks to which a person forms and consolidates the desire to lead a healthy lifestyle.

5. Environmental component, taking into account environment, what a man like species exists in conjunction with the natural environment, which provides the individual with specific biological, industrial and economic resources. Consideration natural environment as one of the prerequisites for the health of a person as a person, makes it possible to introduce the formation of skills and abilities of adaptation to environmental factors into the content of health-saving education.

6. And finally, the health-improving component, which implies the possession of certain methods of activity aimed at developing and increasing motor activity, preventing signs of physical inactivity. In addition, this component provides hardening of the body, an increase in adaptive capabilities. This component is aimed at mastering the important life qualities of a person, which increase the general and subjective performance, as well as the skills of personal and public hygiene.

One of the authors (Zimina O.E.) proposes for consideration the fundamental basic model of integrated work on the preservation and promotion of health in higher educational institutions. This model consists of six blocks.

The first block is the infrastructure of educational institutions that creates a health-saving environment. The block includes the following components:

The material and technical equipment of sports halls with the necessary equipment and inventory in accordance with educational standards VPO;

Availability and proper equipment of a medical office, provision of medical personnel;

The presence of a student canteen, operating in a convenient mode in accordance with all the requirements of GOSTs;

Organization of quality food;

Qualified teaching staff in the required quantity.

The overall responsibility and control over the implementation of this block lies with the administration of the university.

The second block is the organization of the educational process. The block includes the following components:

Compliance with hygiene standards and requirements in the organization and control of the volume of classroom and independent workload at all stages of training;

The use of teaching methods that have been tested, corresponding to the age capabilities and characteristics of students;

The introduction of any innovative methods only under the control of relevant specialists and regulatory authorities;

Indispensable compliance with all requirements for the use of technical means in training (computer, audiovisual means);

Rational organization of physical culture classes and activities of an active-motor nature;

Accounting for the individual characteristics of the student's body, work on programs adapted to the individual.

The implementation of this block will create conditions for improving the efficiency of the educational process.

The third block is the organization of physical culture and health-improving work. The block includes the following components:

Full and effective work in physical education classes, sections,

Creation of conditions for the work of sports sections;

Regular sports and recreational activities.

Properly organized physical culture and health work will become the basis for the organization of the motor regime of students, contribute to the effective physical culture development of students, and will increase the adaptive capabilities of the body.

The fourth block is the organization of systematic preventive, methodological and educational work with the teaching staff to improve the skills of university employees. The block includes the following components:

Classes (lectures, seminars, consultations, courses) on health saving issues;

Distribution of scientific and methodological literature on a healthy lifestyle;

The fifth block is dynamic monitoring of the student's health. The block includes the following components:

Regular analysis in the relevant structures educational institution students' health status;

Creation of an integrated system of pedagogical, psychological and social assistance students;

Attracting qualified medical workers to the implementation of all stages of work to preserve and improve the health of students studying at the university.

When implementing these blocks, the following possible risks may arise:

1. The complete absence or unformedness of individual teaching staff of the desire to improve the professional culture on health issues.

2. Low self-esteem of the teacher's personality, including personal anxiety, self-doubt, negative self-perception.

3. The incompetence of administration representatives in the application of health-saving pedagogical technologies.

A student spends most of his time within the walls of an educational institution, so it is within these walls that he needs to create a favorable health-saving environment. During the entire period of study, students should form an attitude towards a correct, healthy lifestyle and lifestyle, physical self-improvement and the need for regular and stable physical education and sports.

The topic of our seminar: "Modern innovative health-saving technologies in the educational process of preschool educational institutions" / slide 1,2/

Our kindergarten is one of the largest kindergartens for preschool education in Lipetsk. There are 16 groups functioning in preschool, 13 of them are preschool and 3 are early age groups. Every year, our kindergarten is attended by an average of 440 pupils./ slide 3/

Since the direction of physical culture and health improvement is a priority for our d / s, the main task of the team at this stage is:

1. Understanding the accumulated experience of preserving and strengthening the health of children;

2. Evaluation of its effectiveness and modernization of the content of physical culture and health technologies, through the formation of the position of the creator in children in relation to their own health and the health of others;

3. The need to overcome highly specialized approaches in the organization of recreational activities and physical education through the use of innovative health-saving technologies ;/slide 4/

The team builds the work on the health protection of preschool children on the following principles:

Consistency and consistency in the implementation of health-saving technologies;

Consciousness and activity of each subject of the educational process (children, teachers, parents);

Continuity of the health-saving process;

Accessibility of technology to children;

Accounting for the individual and age characteristics of each child; /slide 5/

We have developed such health rules:

Compliance with the regime, more movement, proper nutrition, as many positive emotions as possible, away from despondency and longing, wishing yourself and others only good !//slide 6/

All health-saving technologies in preschool education can be divided into the following types:

1. Medico-prophylactic;

2. Health-saving educational technologies in kindergarten.

3. Technologies for ensuring the social and psychological well-being of the child;

4. Health saving and health enrichment of teachers;

5. Physical culture and health technologies;

6. Valeological education of parents; /slide 7/

I suggest you consider each type of health-saving

technologies.

1. Medico-preventive technologies or as they are also called therapeutic and prophylactic- these are technologies that ensure the preservation and enhancement of the health of children under the guidance of the medical staff of the preschool educational institution in accordance with medical requirements and standards, using medical devices. These include the following technologies:

Organization of health monitoring of preschoolers;

Determination of the optimal load on the child, taking into account age and individual characteristics;

Organization and control of children's nutrition;

Organization and control of physical development and hardening of preschool children;

Organization of preventive measures;

Organization of control and assistance in ensuring the requirements of SanPiN;

Organization of a health-saving environment in a preschool educational institution ./ slide 8/

2. Health-saving educational technologies- This

first of all, the technology of educating a valeological culture or a culture of health for preschoolers.

One of the principles of such technologies is taking into account the personal characteristics of the child, the individual logic of his development, taking into account children's interests and preferences in content and activities in the course of development and education. The construction of the pedagogical process with a focus on the personality of the child naturally contributes to his prosperous existence, and therefore health ./slide 9/

3. Technologies for providing social and psychological

well-being child - technologies that ensure the psychological and social health of a child - a preschooler. In our kindergarten, the main task is to ensure the emotional comfort and positive psychological well-being of the child, in the process of communicating with peers and adults in the kindergarten and family, ensuring the social and emotional well-being of the preschooler. The implementation of these technologies is carried out by a psychologist teacher through specially organized classes with children, as well as a teacher and preschool education specialists in the pedagogical process of a preschool educational institution. This type of technology can be attributed to the technology of psychological and psychological - pedagogical support for the development of the child in the pedagogical process of the preschool educational institution. /slide 10/

4. Technologies of health saving and health enrichment

preschool teachers - technologies aimed at developing a health culture of kindergarten teachers, including a culture of professional health, developing the need for a healthy lifestyle. The task of these technologies is to ensure the valeological education of teachers and parents ./slide 11/

Technologies of valeological education of parents- folders - movements, poster information, conversations, joint events, etc. /slide 12/

And the most basic and important type of all health-saving technologies is

5. Physical culture and health technologies which are directly aimed at the physical development and strengthening of the health of the child:

Development of physical qualities;

Motor activity and formation of physical culture of preschoolers;

hardening;

Wellness procedures in the aquatic environment (pool);

Cultivating the habit of daily physical activity and health care, etc. ./ slide 13/

The implementation of these technologies is carried out by a physical education instructor and educators in the conditions of specially organized forms of recreational work in kindergarten. Separate techniques of these technologies are widely used by educators in various forms of organizing the educational process: in direct educational activities, walks, in sensitive moments, in joint and independent activities of an adult and children.

We build all work on the implementation of health-saving technologies on the basis of:

Medical indications and distribution of children by health groups. In the 2011/12 academic year, children are distributed by health groups in the following way /slide 14/:

Based on these indications, it becomes necessary to introduce health-saving technologies of various directions into the system of work for children.

The question of ways to improve the work on health promotion, development of movements and physical development of children is constantly monitored and organized in such a way that it

Ensuring the harmonious development of each child

· Introduced children and parents to physical culture and a healthy lifestyle. / slide 17/

All innovative sports and health technologies can be conditionally divided into three categories:

1. Technologies for teaching a healthy lifestyle.

2. Technologies for maintaining and stimulating health.

3. Correctional technologies /slide 18/

Technologies for teaching a healthy lifestyle

I will list those health-saving technologies that have already been introduced into the practice of each kindergarten. These include:

1. Directly educational activities in the field of "Physical culture"- an organized form of physical development. Conducted by a physical education instructor in all groups in accordance with the requirements of the program, in various forms: game, subgroup, individual, training, competitive, etc.

2. Directly educational activities in the field of "Health"- activities to familiarize children with their bodies, creating the prerequisites for taking care of their own health. Conducted by an educator, physical education instructor. Health is an integrated form of work with such activities as physical culture, basics of life safety, valueology.

3. Sports entertainment, holidays.

4. Morning gymnastics. /slide 19.20/

5. Wellness work in the pool - swimming lessons occupy a special place in the physical development, development and health promotion of preschoolers. Swimming helps to form physical qualities and the ability to prevent dangerous situations on the water. Regular swimming lessons have a positive effect on the hardening of the child's body, and adaptation to the aquatic environment improves. Water has a strong healing effect. In our work we use elements of water aerobics, synchronized swimming, a gender approach in teaching children to swim. The section "Dancing on the water" is working. /slide 21,22,23/

Also in the practice of work, we use other technologies, which we will dwell on in more detail.

6. Gymnastics DO-YIN - complexes of movements for muscles and joints with elements of self-massage with a pronounced tonic effect. Used by a physical education instructor in direct educational activities in physical education with older preschoolers ./slide 24.25/

7. Health-improving technology "BOS-health - learning and improving" - this technology is aimed at increasing the resistance of the organism of preschool children to colds, improving the psycho-emotional state of the child, improving attention and memory, developing the functions necessary for further learning, such as organizing activities, general intellectual development, visual-spatial perception, hand-eye coordination.

On the example of the health-improving technology "BOS-health" we will tell on the stages of implementation of all innovative health-saving technologies in our kindergarten. /slide 26/

health classes, so we called them - the most modern technology rehabilitation (using computers), which is used to teach children health skills. The purpose of these classes- the formation of the habit of correct breathing in children ./slide 27/

This technology in our kindergarten is used partially, in correctional (speech therapy) groups, because there are a small number of children in them, in classes with a speech therapist teacher for the development of speech breathing and in physical education classes. The acquisition of expensive equipment for the full use of this technology is currently not considered possible.

In 2010, on the basis of experimental activities, this health-improving technology was introduced into the pedagogical process of our preschool institution.

Experiment Idea consists in the fact that as a result of the use in the practice of the work of the preschool educational institution of health-saving technology according to the method of biological feedback(BOS) there is a formation in children of a positive social experience, the development value orientations children to a healthy lifestyle, improving the body and reducing morbidity, improving the psycho-emotional state ./slide 28/

In the process of implementing this health-improving technology main and primary task is to preserve and strengthen the health of children by developing the skill of diaphragmatic-relaxation breathing, since diaphragmatic breathing, i.e. "effortless" or relaxation breathing, is natural and physiologically the most optimal for the human body. /slide 29/

Based on the diagnostic indicators of the psychophysical state

children at the beginning of the school year, we formed a group of children of senior preschool age with 2 and 1 medical group health in the amount of 12 people. Group 1 - healthy children, group 2 - children with minor health deviations, such as caries, ENT - diseases, gastrointestinal tract, etc., i.e. children who do not have serious abnormalities, but are observed by a doctor;

We divided the holistic learning process into 4 stages:

Stage 1 - training.

Includes theoretical part. Conducting a seminar for teachers and specialists directly related to this group of children in order to familiarize themselves with the methods of health-improving technology and develop the skill of diaphragmatic breathing “without effort”.

Practical part. Training in the methodology of conducting classes using the available software and methodological support for this health-improving technology ./ slide 30.31/

Stage 2- introduction of health classes into the pedagogical process of an experimental group of children (planning work for a month and inclusion in the schedule of classes )./slide 32.33/

Stage 3- Working with parents. Holding a group parent meeting and individual consultations in order to increase the level of competence of parents in the use of health-saving technology "BOS - health". Constant training and strengthening the skill of proper breathing at home ./slide 34/

Stage 4 involves conducting intermediate and final diagnostics, summarizing the results of experimental activities.

In order to instill in a child a meaningful value attitude towards their own physical and spiritual health, theoretical classes , and training and consolidation of the diaphragmatic-relaxation type of breathing is carried out on practical exercises . /slide 35/

Health classes in this group were held once a week in subgroups of 6 people. The duration of such classes depended on the individual psychophysical abilities of the child and ranged from 15 to 25 minutes. The duration was set individually for everyone together with a teacher - a psychologist and a nurse.

Health classes are integrated into such sections of the program as "Cognition" (FEMP) and "Communication". The lessons were planned by the teacher in accordance with the topic of the lesson in mathematics, literacy, cognitive development. During the Health Classes, not only this health-saving technology was used, but also program tasks were solved. Instructions for conducting breathing exercises are available in the electronic manual of software and methodological support.

Working on this technology, we have identified:

Relationship between DAS value and health assessments /slide 36/

DAS (bpm)

Health Assessment

A necessary condition for the implementation of biofeedback technology in the classroom was the inclusion of the game in order to motivate the preschooler, since the game in preschool childhood is the leading type of children's activity.

In the process of experimental work, an intermediate diagnosis was carried out in December, and in April the final diagnosis of children was carried out according to the following criteria:

1. Morbidity in comparison with the reporting period of the last year;

2. The level of attention of children;

3. Motivation of children to health activities.

December 2010" href="/text/category/dekabrmz_2010_g_/" rel="bookmark">December 2010 - 1.5, which shows a decrease in the incidence of 0.3 child-days with one child missing.

In April 2010 (for the academic year) the incidence was 2.4 children days of absence by one child due to illness, in April 2011 - 1.7, which shows a decrease in the incidence by 0.7 children days of absence

At the beginning of training, 6 children had a low health assessment, by the middle of training only 1 child, at the end of training, not a single child showed an assessment of "1", "2" ./slide 40/

Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the health-saving technology "BOS - health" - we learn and get better" has a positive effect on the psycho-emotional state of the child, improves attention, reduces morbidity, increases motivation for educational activities, the use of electronic aids contributes to the intellectual development of the child.

Technologies for maintaining and stimulating health:

Along with well-known technologies such as

1. Physical minutes.

2. Mobile and sports games

3. Finger.

4. Invigorating gymnastics.

5. Rhythmoplasty.

6. Relaxation.

/slide 41.42/

The team of our preschool educational institution also uses such technologies as:

1. Stretching (game)- a specially designed system of exercises aimed at improving flexibility and mobility in the joints and strengthening these joints. Conducted by a choreographer, music director, physical education instructor in the main and additional educational activities in physical development, starting from the middle group ./slide 43, video 44/

2. Breathing exercises- special exercises that allow you to clean the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract, strengthen the respiratory muscles, improve the well-being of the child. It is carried out in all groups in various forms of physical culture and health work.

We use:

Elements of respiratory gymnastics; /slide 45.46/

Cleansing breathing exercises, based on ancient Chinese health systems, which not only contribute to the regulation of the respiratory function of the body, but also have a calming effect on the central nervous system of the child, relieve fatigue ;/slide 47.48/

Tempering nasal breathing exercises that increase the resistance of the child's body to temperature changes, infections, lack of oxygen ./slide 49.50/

3. Complexes of health dance Step-Dance- a system of exercises, including physical therapy exercises, exercises aimed at preventing postural disorders and flat feet, articular gymnastics, exercises on step platforms and fitballs, dance exercises and rhythmic dances. Conducted by a physical education instructor in various forms of physical education and health work with older preschoolers. We will look at the complex a little later, in which we will see many elements of health-saving technologies ./slide 51/

Correctional technologies

For the implementation of health-improving and corrective measures, in our kindergarten, the method of art therapy, one of the modern trends in health improvement, was introduced into practice.

Art therapy It is literally art therapy. Heals any creative activity - and above all his own creativity. Art therapy relieves any child of a variety of instabilities and moods, anxiety. Art therapy is especially useful and necessary for children with personality problems, namely communication problems. Art therapy refers to the technology of personality-oriented education. /slide 52/

Currently, art therapy in a broad sense includes:

1. Technology of musical influence (music therapy).

2. Fairy tale therapy.

3. Game therapy.

4. Problem-play game training- a system of gaming exercises that train the ability to quickly and actively concentrate auditory attention and memory, touch, visual attention and memory, imagination and creativity. Used in free time, can be in the afternoon in all groups. The activity is organized imperceptibly from the child, by including the teacher in the game process. ./slide 53/

5. Psychogymnastics according to the method is used to organize the psychological safety of preschool children in a team of children and adults. /slide 54.55/

6. Color therapy or color interaction technology- This is a science that studies colors, because from time immemorial a magical meaning, a beneficial or negative effect has been attributed to color, because for a person vision is the most important of all types of feelings. This technology is used in our kindergarten based on "Dry Rain" (a tent of multi-colored ribbons or Christmas tree rain), arranged from warm to cold tones) /slide 56, video 57/

7. Laughter therapy- laughter is a natural mechanism of survival and healing, it has a huge healing effect on the physical body and psyche. It is known that the brain during laughter produces endorphins - "hormones of happiness", which have a powerful effect on the immune system. With laughter, the work of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, the digestive organs improves, and anti-stress hormones are produced. Laughter therapy aims to bring back natural, natural laughter, which relieves tension in the body and releases repressed emotions.

This technology is used in our d / s in the 2nd floor. of the day every day and is designated in the plan as “A Minute of Laughter”. Teachers have a selection of humorous stories, poems, videos, cartoons for working with children /slide 59.59/.

8. sand therapy- sand painting, as a means of correcting the psyche, allows you to overcome the feeling of fear, anxiety, balance the external and internal world, it is very good for relieving aggression in children, for children with communication problems, unbalanced nervous system. /slide 60.61/

When planning any health-saving technology, we highlight:

Time of the day;

Children's age;

Forms of work;

Features of the methodology. /slide 62/

The introduction and implementation of innovative health-saving technologies takes place in close interconnection with all structural divisions of a preschool institution. We bring to your attention a model for managing the educational process for the implementation of health-saving technologies in our preschool. /slide 63/

Booklet" href="/text/category/buklet/" rel="bookmark">booklets from the series "Finger gymnastics", "How to harden a child?" etc.;

Open door days (trainings, workshops), as well as the implementation of general kindergarten and group projects: “I want to be healthy!”, “The Magic Land of Health”, “My friend is a magic ball!” and etc ./slide 65/

Each health-saving technology has taken a strong place in the flexible daily routine of the kindergarten: morning exercises - the morning period of time, relaxation - during GCD, tempering procedures - 1st floor. days - swimming pool, 2nd floor. day - invigorating gymnastics, in the classroom f / c, choreography, music - stretching, breathing exercises in joint activities, in the work of a teacher - a psychologist and a teacher of additional education - art therapy, sand therapy, game therapy during the day in joint and independent activities, laughter therapy - 2nd floor. days, etc. ./slide 66/

Summing up my speech, we can conclude that the implementation of any health-saving technology must be started after complete information about the state of health and the level of development of each child is received. The effectiveness of health-saving technologies largely depends on the knowledge by teachers of the conditions and lifestyle of the families of their pupils, as well as on an integrated approach to its organization, taking into account the existing conditions and professional skills of the team. It is better to do less, but professionally, than a lot, but of poor quality.

Applying health-saving technologies in our work, we have achieved the following results (for the last three years):

Positive dynamics of the state of health, decrease in the level of morbidity ;/slide 67/

https://pandia.ru/text/78/465/images/image010_13.gif" width="621" height="192">

The level of physical fitness of children over the past three years has increased by 8% compared to 2009 - 89%, 2011 - 97%. Graduates of Preschool Educational Institution No. 6 are physically developed, they have formed the basic physical qualities and the need for physical activity, independently perform age-appropriate hygiene procedures, and follow the elementary rules of a healthy lifestyle.

The kindergarten team does not stop there and continues to work on the formation of a healthy lifestyle, the preservation and strengthening of children's health. The work of the section "Cheerful skater" is planned - teaching children to roller skate and figure skates with the involvement of parents, equipment of the sensory room in accordance modern requirements, in the summer, training in roller skating (roller skiing).

Thank you for your attention! /slide 69/
