On August 1, 2015, a new branch of the military was created, which was named, for this purpose the air force and military space defense forces were combined. Just like in other types of troops, a new model of clothing for military personnel was adopted. Military personnel of the Aerospace Forces can be distinguished from representatives of other troops by the characteristic blue color of their uniforms.

Modern uniform for space forces

The uniform of military personnel of the Aerospace Forces, as well as other branches of the military, includes three main types.

  1. Front door. It is intended for participation in military events, such as parades, presentation of the banner, receipt of military awards and other significant events.
  2. Field. Used for service, participation in hostilities and providing assistance to the population during emergencies. It is the main one for military personnel.
  3. Office. Used at times other than the first two. This form is issued at the recruiting station. The military personnel stay there until they arrive at the military unit.

Each type of uniform has two sets designed for different seasons, winter and summer. Let's take a closer look at what is included in each kit kit.

Summer option

The ceremonial version of the uniform of military personnel of the Russian Aerospace Forces, for cadets and enlisted personnel, of the summer type is a suit. It can be blue or khaki. Under his tunic, a private is required to wear a shirt of the same color, complemented by a tie with a gold tack. Officers are expected to wear a jacket and trousers of the same colors in combination with a white shirt and black tie. The cap of a VKS serviceman must be matched to the color of the suit. The set should include a gold belt.

The field version of the uniform for privates and cadets of the VKS, abbreviated as VKPO, is no different from the uniform version for ground forces. The kit should include the following clothing items:

Traditional analysis of the ritual and organizational components of the 2017 Victory Parade on Red Square.
This is a post-Soviet parade №24 (since 1995).

Arctic parade with arctic equipment and the same temperature (photo kp.ru)

1. This time the guest of the parade is the President of Moldova I. Dodon. Then Dm follows Putin. Medvedev. The clothes are warm, almost everyone is in coats and jackets. Putin is also not in a jacket, as usual - but in a coat. Cloudy and gloomy, no sun and +2 degrees. Raindrops periodically appear on the cameras. Most cold year since 1978.

2. The mausoleum is camouflaged. Russia-1 is broadcasting incl. and from the Spasskaya Tower, from where the closing superstructure and its structure from the inside are clearly visible.

3. Ceremonial of bringing in flags - the State Flag of the Russian Federation is the first, the Banner of Victory is the second. The exception was in the anniversary year of 2015, when the Victory Banner was brought in first. The Znamenny group comes out to the music “Get up, huge country, get up for mortal combat!”

4. This is the fifth parade of Minister S.K. Shoigu. The parade is commanded by Colonel General Oleg Salyukov, Commander of the Ground Forces - for the third time. Shoigu traditionally makes the sign of the cross in his car when leaving the Spasskaya Tower.

5. The dress uniform has changed! The officers have stand-up collars and “coil” buttonholes, like under late Stalin. The uniform with ties has disappeared. Unusual :) Shoigu has a large cruciform order with a coat of arms ("Merit" II degree) in the central place.

6. Oh, Putin took off his coat before Shoigu’s report! Now wearing a jacket, enduring the drizzle. Everyone present on the podium has pinned St. George's ribbons on the chest.

7. Putin's speech: Soviet Union mentioned at the beginning as a leading force in the resistance to Nazi Germany. Reads a speech from a piece of paper with large letters. The phrase " Russian, Russian soldier". Congratulations on "Victory Day" in conclusion, without the prefix "Soviet people" and "great".

8. Pseudo-generals and fake heroes in the stands: not directly noticed. If anyone notices something suspicious, be sure to write in the comments.

9. The parade is opened by young students of the music school with white drums. From the Suvorov students there are guys from the Tver SVU, then the Nakhimov students from St. Petersburg. Let me remind you that during the time of Serdyukov (late 2000s), Suvorov soldiers at the parade were canceled.

10. The column of the "Yunarmiya" (is it something like the Soviet DOSAAF, apparently?) - something new. In sand uniform and red berets.

Young Army members (photo kp.ru)

11. For the first time at the parade - the Kirkenes Marine Brigade of the Northern Fleet, as a symbol of Russia’s Arctic presence.

12. The second time there is a large column of only women- Military Institute of Logistics in Volsk, from the Military Academy named after. Khruleva. But this time they added second a female column from the Mozhaisky Academy, in blue dress uniform with “coils”.

13. Putin and guests of the main stand in front of passing troops stand. The shameful precedent of the “sit-in” Medvedev parade of 2010 and the reaction to it from society have been learned.

14. Soviet banners have been preserved as a duplicate of modern ones; they are also carried in their heads, respectively. columns They didn't remove it.

Soviet banners in columns (photo kp.ru)

15. Border guards, sailors, etc. they come without “reels” - apparently, the new parade is valid only for the ground forces of the RF Armed Forces.

15a. This time, when passing the column, the VKS did not play “Higher, and higher, and higher...”

16. The calculation of the National Guard of Russia (formerly the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs) in the new status is taking place for the second time. The name of F. Dzerzhinsky is retained in the division's title. The title of the division named after Yu. Andropov (coming a little later) is also retained.

17. The Cossacks were not noticed among the columns, for the second year in a row - the Aksai Corps was pushed back. There are no horsemen as exotics either.

18. Medvedev stands fourth to the right of Putin on the main podium. Next to the Russian President are a Moldovan and military personnel. This time, young cadets were not assigned to them “to brighten up the picture.”

19. Was Mikhail Gorbachev seen in the stands? Last year it was. Write if anyone notices it.

20. It is curious that the country’s leaders continue to stand while the equipment passes. Last year (2016) we sat down and watched this part of the parade while sitting. During Soviet times, leaders also stood at the Mausoleum all the time. But before the aircraft fly over, everyone sits down.

21. “Almaty” T-14s are at the parade for the third time. Then come artillery systems in increasing calibers and then air defense missiles.

22. For the first time at the parade - Arctic troops in white camouflage, with polar bears on the bodies of vehicles. See also item 12. As a symbol of increased attention specifically to the Arctic.

23. Emblems on vehicles are uniform. A "blank" star with a red border placed on top of St. George's ribbon. And new: orders of units directly on the body.

24. From the Strategic Missile Forces come the Yars (also a new generation, later the Topol). Then the new Boomerang armored personnel carriers arrive, and the passage of equipment is completed.

25. Then the orchestra sings a cappella “We are the army of the country, we are the army of the people” and leaves the square to “Farewell of the Slav”. Everyone gets up. Putin says goodbye to veterans on the podium; all this is shown very briefly and little.

26. There is no air parade. . Canceled due to cloudy and unusually cold weather.

27. After the parade, Putin (in a black cloak) greets all the commanders of the parade columns and shakes their hands (without Medvedev). The Youth Army commander in a red beret looks very unusual. Two women are the leaders of the columns. Shoigu follows him and also shakes hands with everyone. It's raining, there are drops on the cameras.

28. But the broadcast is not interrupted. They immediately show the ceremony of laying wreaths at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. In the first row are Putin and Dodon.

UPD. And yet I wonder what prompted the return to the Stalinist dress uniform with a stand-up collar and “coil” buttonholes for officers, without ties? This style hasn’t been seen in parades since 1955, I think.

PS. HD version of the parade:

Previously on the same topic.

A fighter’s high-quality uniform is the key to his combat effectiveness, confidence and pride in the country. How do you think, Russian army Does it meet the stated requirements? Or does it leave much to be desired? Let's figure it out together. But first of all, you and I need to consider the military uniform of the Russian army by branch of service.

It should be noted that the new uniform of the Russian army appeared in 2015. Today every soldier has one. However, special rules for wearing it were created for the new uniform. You will learn about all this further in our article.

First, before you start washing your suit, be sure to read the label information.

Secondly, wool clothes are best washed by hand in lukewarm water. If you want to entrust this task to a washing machine, then choose the one without spinning! As a rule, automatic machines have a program for washing delicate laundry, and this will do. Please note that wringing wool products is prohibited. Otherwise, you will receive a uniform 2-3 sizes smaller.

The everyday uniform is less capricious. You can safely trust it to a washing machine and the simplest washing powder. The temperature can be any.

If you find a stain on your dress uniform, then removing it at home may not be good for the item. Therefore, entrust this process to dry cleaning specialists.

Our article has come to an end. Now you know everything about the types of military uniforms, what elements they consist of and how to care for them. All the best!

In 2015, the Russian army completely changed its clothes. Today, all military personnel without exception have a new model military uniform. The plan of the Ministry of Defense of the Ministry of Defense, which consisted of completely re-dressing the army in more than a year, was completely fulfilled. This was repeatedly stated by senior officials of the main military department. The need to redress the ranks of our country's army has existed for quite some time. Along with the new set of uniforms, new rules for wearing them have also been introduced.

In 2014 alone, the new uniform was issued to half a million military personnel. The distribution of uniforms was carried out in accordance with the developed schedule. The transfer of military personnel began precisely with those who served in the Far North.

General redressing began in 2013 and continued actively in 2014, but the bulk of Russian military personnel were issued updated military uniforms in 2015. Now the naval and ceremonial military uniforms are next in line for revision. Male and female employees will be completely re-dressed. The 2015 Russian Armed Forces uniform pattern partially reflects the trend in US military clothing.

Reforms in the field of military uniforms under Serdyukov

The Russian army has needed a modern military uniform for military personnel for quite some time, and the current attempt to completely change the uniform for military personnel is not the first. Overseas clothing for military personnel is significantly superior in performance to the uniform of our country's military. From time to time, the Ministry of Defense introduces samples of military clothing with more advanced characteristics. As a result of each such attempt, the country's budget loses huge sums, and a dress uniform is an even more unjustified expense.

For example, under the disgraced minister Anatoly Serdyukov, about 25 billion rubles were allocated for dressing up the Russian army. Development and implementation price new form in 2014-2015 is still kept secret, but given the scale of this process, we can say with confidence that the amounts involved are cosmic.

The military uniform has been reviewed by the Ministry of Defense since 2007, including the dress uniform. The main initiative came from the then Minister of Defense A. Serdyukov. On a competitive basis, from the sketches provided by the selected developers, the option proposed by the famous Russian fashion designer Valentin Yudashkin won. It took 2 years to prepare the final samples of the updated uniform. The presentation of the new form was held in 2010. In many respects, both external and operational, it was similar to the uniform of members of the US armed forces. But the developers did their best to disown such a comparison.

The Russian uniform for the winter season caused many unflattering responses from both specialists and the military personnel themselves, who had to try out the new uniform on themselves. The Ministry of Defense received complaints almost daily. Due to the low performance characteristics of the new uniform, the number of colds in the army increased sharply in just one winter period. In addition, external signs of the new form also caused dissatisfaction. After all, now the shoulder straps were not located in their usual place, on the shoulders, but, following the example of the armed formations of the NATO bloc, were moved to the chest area. Plus, the quality of the material from which the form was made also left much to be desired. The servicemen noted that the fabric quickly deteriorates and breaks, and the threads fray and also become unusable.

Among other innovations, it should be noted the presence of a warm sweater in the kit of a Russian army officer, and the presence individual components Velcro, narrower model of overcoats, complete abolition of footcloths and boots. By the way, the last abolition was valid only according to documents, because in fact, it was not possible to achieve this in the entire Russian army immediately.

Due to numerous complaints and dissatisfaction from the military, the military department thought about the advisability of developing a new form.

Now we understand that model based on the example of the US military uniform not suitable for the conditions of our country. From now on, the military uniform used in the field included 19 items. It turns out that the set has been significantly expanded. The price of one such set is approximately 35,000 rubles. The ceremonial military uniform has not yet undergone changes, because there is no urgent need for this. It was the field uniform that was much more important, not the dress uniform.

Set of modern uniforms for military personnel

A modern uniform set is a multi-layer suit. Depending on weather conditions and personal tastes, military personnel have the opportunity to personally select sets of clothing for themselves. Plus, from now on the field uniform is identical for both the officer and the rank and file. Dress uniforms will continue to vary. The standards for using military clothing for an officer and a soldier do not differ (one exception is the officer's dress uniform).

The modern field kit for soldiers and officers includes the following components:

Gloves and mittens;

Several types of jackets designed for each season;

Hat and beret;

3 types of boots, varying by season;

Balaclava.

Standards for wearing uniforms for military personnel

Such rules are established in some detail in departmental regulations of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

Employees use military uniforms of the following types:

dress uniform- during parades and various events with the direct participation of troops; V holidays military unit; in cases of presentation of state awards and orders; in cases of presentation of the Battle Banner to a military unit; when the ship is launched and put into operation, as well as when the Naval Banner is raised on the ship; when enlisted in the honor guard; when serving as sentries guarding the Battle Banner of a military unit. It is allowed to wear a similar form of clothing on non-working days, and during off-duty hours;

field uniform- in the presence of hostilities; during a state of emergency, liquidation of consequences of accidents, natural disasters, catastrophes, natural and other disasters; on training events, training sessions, combat duty;

everyday- in all other cases.

Characteristics of linen for military personnel

The uniform assumes 2 separate sets for use in conditions of air temperature up to from - 40 to +15 degrees, and from + 15 and above. In one set, underwear is a T-shirt with short sleeves and boxer briefs. Such underwear is extremely practical, both from the technical side and in appearance. For a soldier, it has all the required qualities, namely:

dries quite quickly after absorbing moisture;

the degree of air exchange meets mandatory standards.

For low temperature conditions there are 2 sets of underwear: lightweight and fleece. Such underwear can be worn directly on the body. It also happens that a fleece set is worn over a lightweight one. This is usually done under lower temperature conditions. Lightweight underwear differs from the standard summer set with a longer sleeve and full-length underpants. The fleece set from the inside has a fleecy surface, plus, there is also a warming layer.

Sets for different weather conditions

The summer field kit consists of a lightweight jacket, trousers, beret and light boots. In the manufacture of such clothing, the so-called mechanical stretch is used, which is initially subject to treatment with a special water-repellent compound. In the parts that are under the greatest load, reinforcing components are superimposed. This gives the suit resistance to mechanical damage, and the degree of wear is minimized.

Standards for the use of military clothing allow in cool weather conditions to use a fleece jacket with thick pile on both sides. There is a durable layer of thermal insulation here. Plus, if necessary, the jacket can be folded into a minimum volume. A windbreaker jacket is used for protection from the winds. It is worn with layer 5 trousers. The windbreaker provides ventilation and the necessary air exchange.

For colder weather conditions the main set is demi-season. It provides excellent protection from winds. The material from which the suit is made has sufficient vapor permeability and dries quickly. This suit is also worn by employees in the US Army. For special field conditions the military may use a windproof suit. During heavy downpours, such a suit protects against moisture for a long time. A similar effect is achieved due to the presence of a special membrane. The seams of the suit are taped for greater reliability.

In severe frosts a more insulated suit and an insulated vest are used. These elements are practical and lightweight. They are made from wind and waterproof materials. Plus, in frosty weather you can use a balaclava, which can be worn as a hat, and an insulated hat for very frosty weather. To make uniforms for the Russian army, a material is used that includes cotton and synthetic elements in a ratio of 65/35.
